Abstract
Description
- 1500MPa以上、好ましくは1700MPaを超える、より好ましくは1900MPaを超える極限引張強度、
- 1200MPa以上、好ましくは1400MPaを超える降伏強さ。
Ac3=901-262*C-29*Mn+31*Si-12*Cr-155*Nb+86*Al
式中、元素含有量は冷間圧延鋼板の重量百分率で表される。
表2は、表1の第1の鋼にマルテンサイト鋼となるために必要な機械的性質を付与するために複合コイルに実施した焼鈍方法パラメータをまとめた。鋼組成I1~I3は、本発明によるマルテンサイト鋼板の製造に役立つ。この表はまた、表でR1~R3まで指定されている参考鋼板をも明記している。表2はMs及びAc3の作表も示している。Ms及びAc3は、本発明の鋼及び参考鋼について、以下のように規定される。
Ms(℃)=539-423C-30Mn-18Ni-12Cr-11Si-7Mo
Ac3=901-262*C-29*Mn+31*Si-12*Cr-155*Nb+86*Al

Claims (20)
- 以下の連続した工程、
- 加熱処理されていない冷間圧延鋼板の形態の第1の鋼を提供する工程、
- 加熱処理されていない冷間圧延鋼板の少なくとも最初の2つの外側巻線の巻きを解く工程、
- 溶接のために加熱処理されていない冷間圧延鋼板の巻きを解かれた巻線の先端を準備する工程、
- 加熱処理されていない冷間圧延鋼板の準備した端部に、該加熱処理されていない冷間圧延鋼板より炭素含有量の低い第1のストリンガーを溶接して、溶接した冷間圧延鋼板を得る工程、
- 次いで、溶接した冷間圧延鋼板をリールに巻き戻して、溶接されていない端部を外側巻線とする工程、
- その後、溶接した冷間圧延鋼板の少なくとも最初の2つの外側巻線の巻きを解く工程、
- 溶接のために冷間圧延鋼板の巻きを解かれた端部を準備する工程、
- 溶接した冷間圧延板の巻きを解かれた端部に、該加熱されていない冷間圧延鋼板よりも炭素含有量の低い第2のストリンガー鋼を溶接する工程、
- その後溶接した冷間圧延鋼板を巻取り、複合コイルを得る工程、
を含む、複合コイルを製造する方法。 - GMAW、TIG、MIG、レーザー溶接又はアーク溶接からの溶接方法のいずれか1つにより、溶接が行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1のストリンガー鋼、第2のストリンガー鋼、及び加熱処理されていない冷間圧延板の形態の第1の鋼の幅が同一である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複合コイルが少なくとも第1の鋼板及び少なくとも2つのストリンガーを含んで成る、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された複合コイル。
- 前記複合コイルの溶接部が70%を超える溶接靭性を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造された複合コイル。
- 前記複合コイルの溶接部が12サイクルを超える溶接曲げ性を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された複合コイル。
- 前記複合コイルの溶接部が14サイクルを超える溶接曲げ性を有する、請求項6に記載の方法により製造された複合コイル。
- 第1の鋼が重量パーセントで表される以下の元素、すなわち、
0.1%≦C≦0.4%、
0.2%≦Mn≦2%、
0.4%≦Si≦2%、
0.2%≦Cr≦1%、
0.01%≦Al≦1%、
0%≦S≦0.09%、
0%≦P≦0.09%、
0%≦N≦0.09%
を含み、以下の任意元素、すなわち、
0%≦Ni≦1%、
0%≦Cu≦1%、
0%≦Mo≦0.1%、
0%≦Nb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ti≦0.1%、
0%≦V≦0.1%、
0.0015%≦B≦0.005%、
0%≦Sn≦0.1%、
0%≦Pb≦0.1%、
0%≦Sb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ca≦0.1%
の1種以上含むことができ、残余の組成は鉄及び加工に起因する不可避の不純物から構成される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された複合コイル。 - 第1のストリンガー及び第2のストリンガーが、重量パーセントで表される以下の元素、すなわち、
0.001%≦C≦0.25%、
0.2%≦Mn≦2%、
0.01%≦Si≦2%、
0.01%≦Cr≦1%、
0.01%≦Al≦1%、
0%≦S≦0.09%、
0%≦P≦0.09%、
0%≦N≦0.09%
を含み、以下の任意元素、すなわち、
0%≦Ni≦1%、
0%≦Cu≦1%、
0%≦Mo≦0.1%、
0%≦Nb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ti≦0.1%、
0%≦V≦0.1%、
0.0015%≦B≦0.005%、
0%≦Sn≦0.1%、
0%≦Pb≦0.1%、
0%≦Sb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ca≦0.1%
の1種以上を含むことができ、残余の組成は鉄及び不可避の不純物から構成される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造された複合コイル。 - 少なくとも70%のマルテンサイト及び1500MPaを超える引張強さを有するマルテンサイト鋼を請求項1に記載の複合コイルから製造する方法であって、以下の連続した工程、すなわち、
- 請求項1に記載の複合コイルを提供する工程、
- 次いで、該複合コイルを2℃/秒を超える速度でAc1~Ac3+100℃の間の均熱温度まで加熱し、そこで10秒間~500秒間保持することにより、焼鈍を行う工程、
- 次いで、該複合コイルを25℃/秒を超える速度でMs温度未満の温度まで冷却し、温度範囲150℃~400℃の間で10~1000秒間の時間の間複合コイルを保持する工程、
- 該複合コイルを室温まで冷却した後、剪断切り取り作業を行い、第1のストリンガー及び第2のストリンガーを除去してマルテンサイト鋼板を得る工程、
を含む方法。 - マルテンサイト鋼が重量百分率で示される以下の元素、すなわち、
0.1%≦C≦0.4%、
0.2%≦Mn≦2%、
0.4%≦Si≦2%、
0.2%≦Cr≦1%、
0.01%≦Al≦1%、
0%≦S≦0.09%、
0%≦P≦0.09%、
0%≦N≦0.09%
を含み、以下の任意元素、すなわち、
0%≦Ni≦1%、
0%≦Cu≦1%、
0%≦Mo≦0.1%、
0%≦Nb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ti≦0.1%、
0%≦V≦0.1%、
0.0015%≦B≦0.005%、
0%≦Sn≦0.1%、
0%≦Pb≦0.1%、
0%≦Sb≦0.1%、
0%≦Ca≦0.1%
の1種以上含むことができ、残余の組成は鉄及び加工に起因する不可避の不純物から構成され、該鋼の微細組織は、面積百分率により残留オーステナイト及びベイナイトの累積存在を0%から25%の間で含む微細組織を有し、残余の微細組織は少なくとも70%のマルテンサイトであり、0%~10%の間のフェライトの任意の存在を有する、請求項10に記載の方法で製造されたマルテンサイト鋼。 - 組成が0.4%~1.8%のケイ素を含む、請求項11に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 組成が、0.2%~0.4%の炭素を含む、請求項11又は12に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 組成が0.01%~0.5%のアルミニウムを含む、請求項11~13のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 組成が0.2%~1.5%のマンガンを含む、請求項11~14のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 組成が0.2%~0.8%のクロムを含む、請求項11~15のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- マルテンサイトが85%以上である、請求項11~16のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼
- 残留オーステナイト及びベイナイトの和が1%~10%の間である、請求項11~17のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 前記板が1700MPa以上の極限引張強度及び1000MPa以上の降伏強さを有する、請求項11~18のいずれか一項に記載のマルテンサイト鋼。
- 車両の構造部品を製造するための、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って得られる鋼板又は請求項11~19のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板の使用。
