Claims (22)
- 可撓性の隔膜(4)及び少なくとも1つのバルブトラフ(5、6、7)を伴うバルブ本体(8)を有する、マイクロ流体ポンプ(1、2、3)またはバルブの、投与の精確性を向上させるために方法であって、可撓性の前記隔膜(4)は、前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)を被覆するために前記バルブ本体(8)に装着され、ここで前記方法は、前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)に面した前記隔膜(4)の表面(9)が、レーザビームを用いて加熱されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記隔膜(4)は、前記レーザビームによって前記バルブ本体(8)に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記隔膜(4)または前記バルブ本体(8)には、加熱によって活性化される接着剤が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームを使用して、前記隔膜(4)の前記バルブ本体(8)への装着を、前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)の縁部に沿った継目として生成することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)に面した前記隔膜(4)の前記表面は、前記隔膜(4)に影響を及ぼす放射によって加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記放射は、前記隔膜(4)を通って前記表面(9)に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記放射は、前記バルブ本体(8)を通って前記表面(9)に影響を及ぼすことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、装着前に研磨されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、装着前にプラズマエッチングされることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、装着前にイオンビームを用いてエッチングされることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、装着前に化学修飾によって平滑化されることを特徴とする、請求項1~10のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、装着前に親水性化されることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ本体(8)の前記表面(9)は、前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)の周りに装着される前に、100nm未満、好ましくは50nm未満、さらに好ましくは20nm未満の粗さの平均値(Ra値)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~12のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポンプは、0.01μL/h~1mL/hの流量、特に0.01~100μL/の流量、さらには0.1~80μL/hの流量で液体を送達するよう設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 液体を送達するポンプは、5nL/ストローク~1μL/ストローク、特に25~500nL/ストロークのポンプ容積、さらには特に75~250nL/ストロークの範囲の、ストローク毎のポンプ容量で動作することを特徴とする、請求項1~14のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームをx-y方向に誘導する誤差は、0.05マイクロメートルより大きく1ミリメートル未満、好ましくは50マイクロメートル未満、さらに好ましくは5マイクロメートル未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1~15のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 様々な透過性範囲を有する様々なポリマーが、前記隔膜(4)及び前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)のために使用され、UVレーザ、可視光レーザビーム、または赤外線レーザを用いて溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームの波長範囲は、0.1~1000マイクロメートル、好ましくは0.4~50マイクロメートル、さらに好ましくは0.78~3マイクロメートルであることを特徴とする、請求項1~17のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザビームのパワーは、0.01~1000ワット、好ましくは0.1~100ワット、さらに好ましくは3~50ワットであることを特徴とする、請求項1~18のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 幅が20マイクロメートル~3ミリメートル、好ましくは30~500マイクロメートル、特に好ましくは50~300マイクロメートルの線にわたって装着が実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1~19のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~20のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法に従った方法を実行するための、溶接装置であって、レーザ、及びコンピュータ制御された前記レーザの運動のためのデバイスを用い、かつ前記隔膜(4)を全ての前記バルブトラフ(5、6、7)の周囲で溶接するために、運動の開始座標及び終了座標を自動的に記録するためのデジタルカメラを用いた、溶接装置。
- しわを作ることなく被覆フィルム/隔膜(4)を緊張するために、請求項1~21のうちいずれか一項に記載のプロセスを実行するための、緊張装置であって、均等の溶接継目を実現するために、予め正確に伸長させ、バルブの上側と同一面にし、それによって前記バルブの上側の前記フィルムによって加えられた圧力を、全ての位置で同じにする、緊張装置。
