Description
Claims (19)
- 超音波溶接スタックを第1の対の被加工物のうちの第1の被加工物に対して押圧し、その結果、前記押圧に応じて、前記第1の被加工物が、前記第1の対の被加工物のうちの第2の被加工物と接触するステップと、
前記超音波溶接スタックから前記第1の対の被加工物のうちの前記第1の被加工物にエネルギを出力することによって溶接段階を開始させるステップと、
少なくとも1つのセンサを用いて溶接力の変化率を監視するステップと、
前記溶接力の変化率が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップと、
前記溶接力の変化率が前記所定のレベルに達したとの決定に基づいて、前記溶接段階を終了させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。 - 請求項1に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記監視するステップが時間遅延後に行われ、前記時間遅延が前記溶接段階を開始させる前記ステップ後に行われることを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項2に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記時間遅延の長さが、前記第1の対の被加工物のうちの前記第1の被加工物が、前記溶接段階を開始させる前記ステップ後に所定の距離移動する時間の長さを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項3に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記溶接力の変化率が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップが、前記時間遅延の終了時に溶接力の変化率を決定して第1の溶接力の変化率をもたらすステップを含み、前記所定のレベルが前記第1の溶接力の変化率に基づくことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項2に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記時間遅延の長さが、前記溶接段階を前記開始させるステップ後に、前記溶接段階のエネルギ出力が所定のエネルギレベルに達する時間の長さを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項5に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記溶接力の変化率が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップが、前記時間遅延の終了時に溶接力の変化率を決定して第1の溶接力の変化率をもたらすステップを含み、前記所定のレベルが前記第1の溶接力の変化率に基づくことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項3に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、
前記超音波溶接スタックを第2の対の被加工物のうちの第1の被加工物に対して押圧し、その結果、前記押圧に応じて、前記第1の被加工物が、前記第2の対の被加工物のうちの第2の被加工物と接触するステップと、
前記超音波溶接スタックから前記第2の対の被加工物のうちの前記第1の被加工物にエネルギを出力することによって第2の溶接段階を開始させるステップと、
少なくとも1つのセンサを用いて前記第2の溶接段階に対する溶接力の変化率を監視するステップと、
前記第2の溶接段階に対する前記溶接力の変化率が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップと、
前記第2の溶接段階に対する前記溶接力の変化率が前記所定のレベルに達したとの決定に基づいて、前記第2の溶接段階を終了させるステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。 - 請求項7に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記第1の対の被加工物および前記第2の対の被加工物のそれぞれのうちの少なくとも1つの被加工物が、前記第1の対の被加工物および前記第2の対の被加工物のうちの少なくとも1つの他の被加工物と形状および大きさの物理的な違いを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項8に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記所定のレベルが、前記第1の対の被加工物および前記第2の対の被加工物に対して同一のレベルであることを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記溶接段階が、溶接される前記被加工物に超音波エネルギが加えられている期間であることを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 1対の被加工物のための超音波溶接方法であって、
超音波溶接スタックを前記対の被加工物のうちの第1の被加工物に対して押圧するステップであって、前記押圧に応じて、前記第1の被加工物が、前記対の被加工物のうちの第2の被加工物と接触する、ステップと、
前記超音波溶接スタックから前記第1の被加工物にエネルギを出力することによって溶接段階を開始させるステップと、
少なくとも1つのセンサを用いて溶接力を監視するステップと、
前記溶接力が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップと、
前記溶接力が前記所定のレベルに達したとの決定に基づいて、前記溶接段階を終了させるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。 - 請求項11に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記監視するステップが時間遅延後に行われ、前記時間遅延が前記溶接段階を開始させる前記ステップ後に行われることを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項12に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記時間遅延の長さが、前記第1の被加工物が、前記溶接段階を開始させる前記ステップ後に所定の距離移動する時間の長さを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項13に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記溶接力が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップが、前記時間遅延の終了時に溶接力を決定して第1の溶接力をもたらすステップを含み、前記所定のレベルが前記第1の溶接力に基づくことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項12に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記時間遅延の長さが、前記溶接段階を開始させる前記ステップ後に、前記溶接段階のエネルギ出力が所定のエネルギレベルに達する時間の長さを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項15に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記溶接力が所定のレベルに達したかどうかを決定するステップが、前記時間遅延の終了時に溶接力を決定して第1の溶接力をもたらすステップを含み、前記所定のレベルが前記第1の溶接力に基づくことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項14に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記方法が、複数の対の被加工物に対して、押圧、開始、監視、決定、および終了の前記各ステップを実施することをさらに含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項17に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記複数の対の被加工物のそれぞれのうちの少なくとも1つの被加工物が、前記複数の対の被加工物のうちの少なくとも1つの他の被加工物と形状および大きさの物理的な違いを含むことを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
- 請求項18に記載の超音波溶接方法であって、前記所定のレベルが、前記複数の対の被加工物のうちのそれぞれの対の被加工物に対して同一のレベルであることを特徴とする超音波溶接方法。
