Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年10月1日に出願された出願番号第62/739372号の利益を主張し、その開示は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
10ppmw以下、1ppmw以下、または測定不可能な量の0.1μm以下のAl+Si含有粒子を含有する透過液を提供することが挙げられる。
−Si(R)(R’)−O−(I)
式中、RおよびR’は、同じであっても異なっていてもよく、水素、またはアルキル、アラルキル、シクロアルキル、アリール、およびアルカリルからなる群から選択される炭化水素基を表す。好ましくは、基RおよびR’のうちの少なくとも1つは、アルキル基であり、最も好ましくは、両方の基は、アルキル基であり、より具体的にはメチル基である。アルキル基は、3,3,3−トリフルオロプロピル基でもあり得る。本発明の目的に好適なポリシロキサンは、(−OHまたは−NH2末端)ポリジメチルシロキサンおよびポリオクチルメチルシロキサンである。ポリシロキサンの反応性末端−OHまたは−NH2基は、ポリシロキサンの架橋に影響を及ぼし得る。
実施例1は、100℃で18.6センチストークス(cSt)の動粘度を含む浄化FCCスラリー油のナノ濾過膜試験の結果を提示している。浄化FCCスラリー油から、0.1μm以下のAl+Si含有粒子からなる触媒微粉を除去するために、3つの異なるナノ濾過膜を使用した3つの個別の試験を、様々な温度で行った。1回目および2回目の試験は、セラミック(二酸化チタン(TiO2))ナノ濾過膜を使用して行い、3回目の試験は、ポリマーナノ濾過膜を使用して行った。膜のタイプに加えて、各試験の試験条件を表1に示す。特に、温度、膜貫通圧力(TMP)、および実施例1の各試験の供給中のそれぞれのAlおよびSiの濃度を含む試験条件を表1に提供する。
実施例2は、100℃で11.4センチストークス(cSt)の動粘度を含む浄化FCCスラリー油のナノ濾過膜試験の結果を提示している。浄化FCCスラリー油から、0.1μm以下のAl+Si含有粒子からなる触媒微粉を除去するために、30nmの細孔径を有するセラミック(TiO2)ナノ濾過膜を使用して、3つの個別の試験を行った。膜のタイプに加えて、各試験の試験条件を表3に示す。1回目と2回目の試験は75℃の温度で実行され、3回目の試験は125℃で実行されました。温度に加えて、他の試験条件、例えば、膜貫通圧力(TMP)および実施例2の各試験のための供給中のAlおよびSiのそれぞれの濃度を、表3に提供する。
実施例3は、100℃で4.09センチストークス(cSt)の動粘度を含む浄化FCCスラリー油のナノ濾過膜試験の結果を提示している。浄化FCCスラリー油から、0.1μm以下のAl+Si含有粒子からなる触媒微粉を除去するために、30nmの細孔径を有するセラミック(TiO2)ナノ濾過膜を使用して、2つの個別の試験を行った。膜のタイプに加えて、各試験の試験条件を表5に示す。第1および第2の試験は、それぞれ75℃および125℃の温度で行った。温度に加えて、他の試験条件、例えば、膜貫通圧力(TMP)および実施例3の各試験のための供給中のAlおよびSiのそれぞれの濃度を、表5に提供する。
Claims (10)
- 炭化水素生成物から触媒微粒子を除去するためのプロセスであって、
前記炭化水素生成物から前記触媒微粒子を除去するために少なくとも1つのナノ濾過膜を提供することであって、前記触媒微粒子が、0.1ミクロン以下の粒子サイズを含む、提供することと、
前記ナノ濾過膜の供給側で前記炭化水素生成物を接触させることと、
前記ナノ濾過膜の透過側で触媒微粉枯渇流を回収することと、
前記ナノ濾過膜の保持側で触媒微粉富化流を回収することと、を含み、
前記触媒微粉富化流が、前記炭化水素生成物から除去された前記触媒微粒子を含み、前記触媒微粒子が、0.1ミクロン以下の粒子サイズを含む、プロセス。 - 前記炭化水素生成物が、少なくとも30ppmwの前記触媒微粒子を含有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒微粒子が、アルミニウムおよびケイ素(Al+Si)含有粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒微粉枯渇流が、10ppmw以下の前記Al+Si含有粒子、1ppmw以下の前記Al+Si含有粒子、または測定不可能な量の前記Al+Si含有粒子を含有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒微粉枯渇流が、最終生成物として使用可能である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記触媒富化流の少なくとも一部を、FCCユニットの供給流に再循環させることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ナノ濾過膜が、ポリマーナノ濾過膜、または50nmの最大平均細孔径を有するセラミックナノ濾過膜を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 接触分解ユニットで使用するための膜分離ユニットであって、
炭化水素生成物から触媒微粒子を除去するための少なくとも1つのナノ濾過膜であって、前記触媒微粒子が、0.1ミクロン以下の粒子サイズを含む、少なくとも1つのナノ濾過膜と、
前記炭化水素生成物を接触させるための前記ナノ濾過膜の供給側と、
触媒微粉枯渇流を回収するための前記ナノ濾過膜の透過側と、
触媒微粉富化流を回収するための前記ナノ濾過膜の保持側と、を含み、
前記触媒微粉富化流が、前記炭化水素生成物から除去された前記触媒微粒子を含み、前記触媒微粒子が、0.1ミクロン以下の粒子サイズを含む、膜分離ユニット。 - 前記触媒微粒子が、アルミニウムおよびケイ素(Al+Si)含有粒子を含む、請求項11に記載の膜分離ユニット。
- 前記触媒微粉枯渇流が、10ppmw以下のAl+Si含有粒子、1ppmw以下のAl+Si含有粒子、または測定不可能な量の前記Al+Si含有粒子を含有する、請求項11に記載の膜分離ユニット。
