Claims (18)
- 燃料から合成ガスを生成する反応器であって、
第1流動床を収容する燃焼部を有するハウジング(2)と 、
反応器(1)の長手方向に沿って延び、動作中の第2流動床を収容するライザ(3)と、
前記ライザに対して平行に位置し、前記第1流動床内に延在する下降管(4)と、
燃料を反応器(1)に提供するための一つ又は複数の供給チャネル(33)と、
を備え、
前記反応器(1)は、前記ライザ(3)の下部に接続されたライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)を更に備え、前記ライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)は、周方向に複数の穴(24,25)を有する円筒壁(28)を備える、反応器。 - 前記ライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)は、2つのノズル穴からなり、上部区域に第1複数の穴(25)を備え、下部区域に第2の複数の穴(24)を備え、前記第2の複数の穴(24)の総開口面は、前記第1の複数の穴(25)の総開口面よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記第1の複数の穴(25)に連通する流動空気チャンバ(27)が設けられている、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記第2の複数の穴(24)に連通する起動用空気チャンバ(26)が設けられている、請求項2または3に記載の反応器。
- 前記ライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)が、その外部表面に付けられた圧縮可能な材料をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記反応器(1)は、前記ライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)の底部に接続されたライザスプール管区域(E)を更に備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ライザ空気チャンバ区域(B)は、前記ハウジング(2)に接続する上部装着フランジ(22)と、前記ライザスプール管区域(E)の対応する装着フランジに接続する下部装着フランジ(23)とを備え 、
前記上部装着フランジ(22)の上方に延びる円筒壁(28)の高さ(h2)は、前記ライザスプール管区域(E)の高さ(h1)以下である、請求項6に記載の反応器。 - 前記ハウジング(2)は、前記第1流動床の第1傾斜底部(31)と、前記第1流動床と前記第2流動床とを前記ライザ(3)の搬送孔(39)を介して接続する搬送ゾーン内の第2傾斜底部(32)とを備え、
前記第1傾斜底部(31)及び前記第2傾斜底部(32)上に複数の空気ノズル群(36,37,38)を更に備え、前記複数の空気ノズル群(36,37,38)は、前記第1傾斜底部(31)及び第2傾斜底部(31,32)に沿って空気を誘導するように構成されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。 - 前記複数の空気ノズル群(36,37,38)は、前記第1傾斜底部(31)上に第1空気ノズル群(36)を有し、前記第1空気ノズル群のノズル流は、前記反応器(1)の中心に誘導される、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記複数の空気ノズル群(36,37,38)は、前記第1傾斜底部(31)上に第2空気ノズル群(37)を備え、前記第2空気ノズル群のノズル流は、前記搬送ゾーンに誘導される、請求項8または9に記載の反応器。
- 前記複数の空気ノズル群(36,37,38)は、前記第2傾斜底部(32)上に第3空気ノズル群(38)を備え、前記第2空気ノズル群のノズル流は、前記ライザ(3)内の前記搬送孔(39)に誘導される、請求項8,9,10のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 第1傾斜底部(31)および第2傾斜底部(32)は、前記反応器(1)の横断面に対して、5°〜35°、例えば15°の傾斜角を有する、請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ライザ(3)の搬送孔(39)にはカバープレートが設けられている、請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- ガス出口分配器区域(D)を更に備え、前記ガス出口分配器区域(D)は、内円錐部(41)および外円錐部(42)を備え、前記内円錐部および外円錐部は、異なる頂角を有し、前記ガス出口分配器区域(D)の高さの関数として一定の横断面を有する出口チャネルを形成する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ハウジング(2)は、ガス出口分配器区域(D)の下縁を支持する内方に延びるリッジ(43)を備える、請求項14に記載の反応器。
- 外円錐部(42)の、ハウジング(2)の頂部に向かう表面には、膨張材(45)が設けられている、請求項14または15に記載の反応器。
- 内円錐部(41)は、前記内円錐部(41)の最上部頂角で昇降ラグ(46)を備える、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ガス出口分配器区域(D)の前記内円錐部(41)は、前記ライザ(3)の最上縁から所定の距離だけ前記反応器(1)内に位置する、請求項14〜17のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
