Claims (15)
- 人工補整具、特に人工装具ライナー(2)を作製する方法であって、前記人工補整具が、少なくとも部分的に付加的作製方法を用いて少なくとも1つの作製材料(12)から作製され、前記作製材料が流動状態で支持材料の中へ挿入され、その後に硬化することを特徴とする方法。
- 作製材料(12)が、前記硬化中に前記支持材料により支えられる及び/又は作業空間内にその位置で保持され、好ましくは自己硬化性材料又は温度上昇により硬化し得る材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記作製材料(12)が少なくとも2つの成分から構成され、好ましくは前記少なくとも2つの成分の混合比が、前記付加的作製方法を実行する間に調節され得ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記作製材料(12)が、前記硬化後に、その値が混合比に依存するショア硬さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記付加的作製方法において少なくとも2つの異なる作製材料(12)が、好ましくは同時に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記付加的作製方法の間に前記少なくとも1つの作製材料(12)が、前記人工補整具の別個に作製された部品と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記付加的作製方法において前記人工補整具の壁厚が連続的に又は離散的な工程で変化され得るので、少なくとも1つの膨らみ、深み、厚み、先細り及び/又は抜け止めが作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記付加的作製方法を用いて、少なくとも1つの中空空間を備えた人工補整具が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中空空間が、前記付加的作製方法の間に、少なくとも1つの充填材料で少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは完全に充たされ、好ましくは少なくとも2つの中空空間が異なる充填材料で充填されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記付加的作製方法を用いて前記少なくとも1つの作製材料(12)から、少なくとも1つの空圧要素及び/又は少なくとも1つの油圧要素、好ましくは少なくとも1つの容積貯留層(46)、少なくとも1つの封止リップ(16)、少なくとも1つの弁及び/又は少なくとも1つのポンプが作製され、前記要素が、好ましくは前記人工補整具の別の部品と一体的に作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 計測データが患者から検出され、電気的及び/又は電子的な制御に利用可能にされ、前記制御が、少なくともまた前記計測データに基づいて前記付加的作製方法を制御するように整えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のうちの1項に記載の方法。
- 前記人工補整具が、人工装具シャフト(80)内で使用するための人工装具ライナー(2)であり、前記人工装具シャフト(80)が、遠位端(88)と近位縁(82)とを備えた収容空間(84)を有し、本方法が以下の工程、
a) 前記人工装具シャフト(80)の高さ輪郭の曲線に対応して又は切断断端の利用可能な周知の解剖学的データに基づいて、前記人工装具ライナー(2)の外側(76)に封止リップ曲線を固定することと、
b) 前記少なくとも1つの付加的作製方法を用いて、前記固定された封止リップ曲線に沿って前記人工装具ライナー(2)の前記外側(76)に封止リップ(16)を配置することと
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のうちの1項に記載の方法。 - 前記封止リップ(16)が、前記人工装具シャフト(80)の前記近位縁(82)に対して遠位方向にずらして、特に等距離に前記人工装具ライナー(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記人工装具シャフト(80)の高さ輪郭が光学的に検出され、デジタル3次元モデルが作成され、前記封止リップ曲線が、前記検出された高さ輪郭に応じて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14のうちの1項に記載の方法に従って作製された又は作製可能な人工補整具。
