Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
Flood damage caused by typhoons and heavy rains has increased due to climate change in recent years, and there is a growing demand for flood control measures for buildings. When it is not possible to prepare large-scale flood prevention equipment, sandbags and water bags are used as simple measures in ordinary houses and small-scale facilities. When sandbags are used, bags and sand are provided by local governments, etc., but the work involves going to a sand storage site, filling the bag with sand, and bringing it home for installation. .
There are also commercially available water bags that use water bags instead of sand, and water bags that are solidified by swelling a hydrophilic polymer in a bag with water. In addition, when a hydrophilic polymer is used, there is a problem that it is difficult to dispose of the expanded bag after use.
As a prior art that replaces sandbags and waterbags, there is a waterbag box for preventing flooding described in
In addition, when pouring water, it is necessary to line up the boxes and pour water into each box using a hose or the like, which requires a lot of manpower and a long time.
In addition, although the boxes are supposed to be made of lightweight materials such as hard plastic, assuming that the boxes will be several tens of centimeters in size, it is necessary to connect the boxes horizontally and vertically without any gaps. The box must be manufactured with highly accurate dimensions without distortion. Therefore, the cost of the box is high, and the cost of purchasing a plurality of boxes is also high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a waterproof device which solves the above-described problems of the conventional anti-immersion tool and is inexpensive, easy to store, and improved in usability.
In order to achieve the above object, the waterproof device of the present invention is a waterproof device installed at the entrance of a building to prevent flooding, and comprises a plurality of boxes that are open at the top and store water, and the boxes are arranged from the top to the bottom. The bottom is made smaller than the top by making a slope, the bottom is provided with a drain hole, the top is provided with two notches on opposite sides, one of the notches is the notched part of the other box A connecting portion is formed to connect with the box, a projecting portion is provided toward the inside of the box, and a regulating groove for sandwiching a water stop plate is provided on the outside of the side surface where the notch is not formed.
A water stop plate is used to close the gap between boxes when the boxes are connected. Water leakage from gaps is prevented by inserting a water stop plate into regulation grooves formed on the sides of adjacent boxes while the boxes are connected. The water stop plate is made of a softer material than the box body, and has a trapezoidal shape with a narrow upper part to match the inclination of the regulation groove on the side of the box, and is forcibly sandwiched and fixed with dimensions equal to or greater than the regulation groove.
At least two types of boxes, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped and a substantially fan-shaped box, are used, and any number of either or both of them can be used, and by connecting them horizontally and stacking them up, it is possible to assemble them into an arbitrary shape.
The nearly fan-shaped box has a shape that allows selection of an angle when arranging it in a fan shape by connecting a single box or a plurality of boxes. The substantially rectangular parallelepiped boxes are connected on a straight line, and the substantially fan-shaped boxes are connected to the portions to be angled.
The box is provided with a projecting portion, and the projecting portion is provided with a receiving surface on which the upper box is placed and a portion for holding the attitude of the upper box. In addition, by forming the protruding portions at the central portion and other positions of the facing surface and making the shapes different from each other on the facing surface, the overlapping amount can be changed deep and shallow by changing the stacking direction of the boxes.
When a plurality of boxes are connected and water is poured from one box near the center, water can be poured into all the boxes via the water channel formed by connecting the notches and the drainage hole on the bottom.
According to the waterproofing device of the present invention, by combining a plurality of boxes, it is possible to assemble a waterproofing device of arbitrary size according to the structure of the building doorway and the flood situation.
By using a substantially fan-shaped box, the waterproof device can be deployed in a fan shape, but the boxes are in close contact with each other by receiving the water pressure of the inundation from the outside of the fan, increasing the pressure resistance and water resistance of the waterproof device as a whole.
The box has a slope from the top to the bottom, but if it is made of resin material, it will be a draft angle for injection molding, and the mold structure can be simplified to provide the product at a low price. The problem of creating gaps between adjacent boxes due to slopes is solved by closing the gaps with water stop plates.
The water stop plate is made of a softer material than the box and has a trapezoidal shape with a narrow upper part. The dimensions are adjusted to match the regulation groove of the box or slightly larger, and it is forcibly installed between the boxes along the regulation groove. When water enters the box here, the weight of the water presses the water stop plate against the regulating groove and the ground, exerting a water stop effect.
When not in use, the boxes can be stacked in the same direction so that they overlap deeply and can be stored small, but when in use, stacking the boxes in the opposite direction will allow the boxes to sit on the protruding part, allowing the upper and lower boxes to hold enough water. . The upper box functions as a weight for the lower box to prevent floating due to water pressure, and when the water level exceeds the lower level, the upper box can also have a function to prevent flooding.
The protruding portion has two levels of protruding amount, and by setting a part of the protruding amount to match the lower dimension of the upper box, the posture of the upper box can be maintained when the upper box is placed. It also has the effect of preventing the posture of the upper box from tilting, and the effect of preventing the upper box from floating due to buoyancy when the lower box is filled with water.
The protruding part is also formed in the central part of the opposing side surface, and it becomes a handle when carrying the box, and it is useful when carrying a box containing water or stacked boxes.
The weight of the water entering the box and the water pressure received from the outside put a heavy load on it, but the protruding part also functions as a reinforcing rib, making it possible to make the box thinner and lighter.
At least one of the sides of the box has a flat surface on the inside and outside of the side, which is easy to work with when using this side of the box instead of a bucket for pumping up water or earth. In addition, since the box is sloped, it has a structure that is easy to scoop.

When the above preparations are completed, water is injected from the
When the water level rises during flooding, the
As a countermeasure when the water level rises to the
