Abstract
Description
実現例は、高い機械的物性および光学物性を有するのみならず、色が歪む現象を技術的に制御して優れた反射外観を実現し、ガラスに類似する質感を示して、ユーザに質感における異物感を与えないポリアミド系複合フィルムを提供する。
具体的に、前記ポリアミド系複合フィルムのカール高さは、12mm以下、10mm以下、1mm~15mm未満、2mm~15mm未満、4mm~15mm未満、4mm~12mm、または4mm~10mmであり得るが、これに限定されるものではない。
一実現例によるベースフィルム100はポリアミド系重合体を含む。
前記消光剤は、シリカ、PMMA(poly(methyl methacrylate))、PBMA(poly(butyl methacrylate))、PS(polystyrene)、メラミン、シリコーン、硫酸バリウム、およびガラス(glass)からなる群より選択される1種以上であり得る。

前記光開始剤の例としては、1-ヒドロキシ-シクロヘキシル-フェニルケトン、2-ヒドロキシ-2-メチル-1-フェニル-1-プロパノン、2-ヒドロキシ-1-[4-(2-ヒドロキシエトキシ)フェニル]-2-メチル-1-プロパノン、メチルベンゾイルホルメート、α,α-ジメトキシ-α-フェニルアセトフェノン、2-ベンゾイル-2-(ジメチルアミノ)-1-[4-(4-モルホリニル)フェニル]-1ブタノン、2-メチル-1-[4-(メチルチオ)フェニル]-2-(4-モルホリニル)-1-プロパノン、ジフェニル(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-ホスフィンオキシド、またはビス(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)-フェニルホスフィンオキシド等が挙げられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。また、現在市販の商品としては、Irgacure(登録商標)184、Irgacure 500、Irgacure 651、Irgacure 369、Irgacure 907、Darocur(登録商標)1173、Darocur MBF、Irgacure 819、Darocur TPO、Irgacure 907、Esacure(登録商標)KIP 100Fなどが挙げられる。前記光開始剤は、単独で、または互いに異なる2種以上を混合して使用し得る。
前述の機能層の構成成分および物性に関する特徴は互いに組み合わされ得る。
一実現例によるディスプレイ装置は、ディスプレイ部と、前記ディスプレイ部上に配置されたポリアミド系複合フィルムとを含み、前記ポリアミド系複合フィルムが、ポリアミド系重合体を含むベースフィルムと、前記ベースフィルム上に配置された機能層とを含む。
前記内容を下記実施例によりさらに詳細に説明する。ただし、下記の実施例は本発明を例示するものであるのみ、実施例の範囲がこれらにのみ限定されるものではない。
温度調節が可能な二重ジャケットの1L用ガラス反応器に、20℃の窒素雰囲気下で、有機溶媒であるジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)779.1gを満たした後、2,2'-ビス(トリフルオロメチル)-4,4'-ジアミノフェニル(TFMB)0.2molを徐々に投入して溶解させた。その後、2,2'-ビス(3,4-ジカルボキシフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンジアンヒドリド(6FDA)0.014molを徐々に投入して1時間撹拌した。そして、イソフタロイルクロリド(IPC)0.142molを投入して1時間撹拌し、テレフタロイルクロリド(TPC)0.044molを投入し1時間撹拌して、重合体溶液を調製した。その後、調製された重合体溶液にポリアミド系重合体の総重量を基準に、消光剤としてシリカ(平均粒径:100nm~150nm)500ppmを投入して撹拌した。
下記表1に記載のように、各反応物の含有量などを異にしたことを除いて、実施例1と同様にしてフィルムを製造した。
前記実施例1~6、比較例1および2で製造されたベースフィルム、ポリアミド系複合フィルムについて、下記のような物性を測定および評価し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
日本のミツトヨ社のデジタルマイクロメーター547-401を使用して、幅方向に5ポイント測定して平均値をもって厚さを測定した。
表面粗さの測定は、AFM(atomic force microscopy)装置を用いた。
具体的に、Park Systems社の型名XE-150を使用し、条件は1.0hz、スキャン領域20μm×20μm条件で、Non-contact Cantilever PPP-NCHR 10Mを適用して、前記ベースフィルム製造後、機能層が配置される面の表面粗さを測定した。
屈折率の測定はプリズム結合器(Prism coupler)を用いた。
具体的に、Sairon technology社のモデル名SPA-4000を使用し、常温の550nm条件で、測定するフィルムをプリズムに当接するように固定し、そのプリズムを通過するレーザビームの入射角を変えながら屈折率を測定した。
表面積増加率の測定は、共焦点レーザー走査顕微鏡を用いた。
具体的に、Carl zeiss社のLSM 5 pascalを用いて、ISO 25178-2:2012規格により、下記式に従ってベースフィルム一面の表面積増加率を測定した。
前記表面積増加率計算式において、前記表面積は、横長がLx(cm)、縦長がLy(cm)のときの表面積のことを意味する。
日本電色工業社のヘイズメーターNDH-5000Wを使用して、JIS K 7105規格に基づいて光透過度およびヘイズを測定した。
KIPAE E&T社のPencil Hardness Testerと日本三菱社のPressure-Proofed Hi-Density Lead Pencilを使用して鉛筆硬度を測定した。
各実施例および比較例によるポリアミド系複合フィルムを10cm角のサイズに切断した後、ベースフィルムがガラス板と当接するようガラス板の上に載置し(つまり、機能層を上向きにして載置し)、25℃、50%RHで、4角のガラス板から離れた高さを測定して平均値を記載した。
各実施例および比較例によるポリアミド系複合フィルムを10cm角の大きさに切断した後、位相差測定機(Axometrics社製、Axoscan装置)を用いて550nm波長の光で測定した。
3次元表面粗さの測定は、3D光学プロファイラを使用した。
-機能層組成に関して、AとBを表1に記載の重量比で混合した。
-機能層のシリカ含有量は、機能層の総重量を基準に含まれた含有量(ppm)を記載したものである。

Claims (10)
- ポリアミド系重合体を含むベースフィルムと、前記ベースフィルム上に配置された機能層とを含み、
550nm波長の光で測定された面内位相差(Re)が100nm~220nmである、ポリアミド系複合フィルム。 - 屈折率が1.48~1.54である、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム。
- 3次元表面粗さパラメータにおいて、
Sa粗さ(算術平均高さ、arithmetical mean height)が0.005μm~0.08μmであり、
Sp粗さ(最大ピーク高さ、maximum peak height)が0.05μm~1.6μmであり、
Sv粗さ(最大溝深さ、maximum pit depth)が0.04μm~1.5μmであり、
Sz粗さ(最大高さ、maximum height)が0.09μm~3.1μmである、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム。 - 前記ベースフィルムが配置された面の反対側に位置する前記機能層の一面の表面硬度が5H以上である、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム。
- 前記ベースフィルムの表面粗さ(Ra)が0.005μm~0.050μmであり、
前記ベースフィルムの屈折率が1.620~1.650であり、
前記ベースフィルムの表面積増加率(Sdr)が0.0005%~0.0050%である、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム。 - 前記ベースフィルムが消光剤をさらに含み、
前記消光剤が、シリカ、PMMA(poly(methyl methacrylate))、PBMA(poly(butyl methacrylate))、PS(polystyrene)、メラミン、シリコーン、硫酸バリウム、およびガラス(glass)からなる群より選択される1種以上であり、
前記消光剤の含有量が、前記ポリアミド系重合体の総重量を基準に100ppm~3000ppmである、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム。 - 前記ポリアミド系重合体が下記化学式Aで表される繰り返し単位と、下記化学式Bで表される繰り返し単位とを0:100~50:50のモル比で含む、請求項1に記載のポリアミド系複合フィルム:

eおよびjは互いに独立して1~5の整数の中から選択され、

前記ポリアミド系複合フィルムの550nm波長の光で測定された面内位相差(Re)が100nm~220nmである、ディスプレイ装置。
