Abstract
【解決手段】外部エネルギー源と、移植可能な医療デバイスとの間の無線エネルギーの伝送を制御する装置であって、前記外部エネルギー源から伝送された前記無線エネルギーを前記医療デバイスに供給する内部エネルギー受信器と、患者内に設置され、前記エネルギーが前記医療デバイスに供給される前に、前記内部エネルギー受信器によって受信された前記エネルギーを安定化および/または蓄積するエネルギー安定化ユニットと、前記内部エネルギー受信器によって受信されるエネルギーと、前記医療デバイスによって消費されるエネルギー、または、移植可能なエネルギー蓄積デバイスに蓄積されるエネルギーとの間のエネルギー・バランスを決定し、前記エネルギー・バランスに基づいて、前記外部エネルギー源からの前記無線エネルギーの伝送を制御する制御ユニットと、を備える。

Description
患者の物理的パラメータを求めると、総エネルギー量をエネルギー蓄積デバイスから医療
デバイスに供給して消費することができ、その場合、総エネルギー供給量はパラメータに
基づいて求められる。
立ち上がりおよび立下りを有する第1の電気回路からの電気パルスを外部伝送デバイスに印加して無線エネルギーを伝送することと、
電気パルスの連続する立ち上がりと立下りとの間の第1の時間間隔の長さおよび/または電気パルスの連続する立下りと立ち上がりとの間の第2の時間間隔の長さを変化させることと、
第1および/または第2の時間間隔の長さに応じて変化する電力を有する電気パルスから生成された無線エネルギーを伝送することとを含む方法が提供される。
無線エネルギーを供給するように構成された外部伝送デバイスに、立ち上がりおよび立下りを有する電気パルスを供給する第1の電気回路を備え、
電気回路は、電気パルスの連続する立ち上がりと立下りとの間の第1の時間間隔の長さおよび/または電気パルスの連続する立下りと立ち上がりとの間の第2の時間間隔の長さを変化させるように構成され、
伝送される無線エネルギーは、第1および/または第2の時間間隔の長さに応じて変化する電力を有する電気パルスから生成される装置も提供される。
装置はどちらも、以下の様々な実施形態および特徴に従って実施することができる。
a)壁部の刺激を停止して内腔内の流量を増大させるように第2のモードで刺激デバイスを制御し、
b)壁部の刺激を停止し、壁部を解放して内腔内の流れを回復するように第2のモードで刺激デバイスおよび狭さくデバイスを制御する。
さらに、制御デバイスは、各領域の刺激を、好ましくは所定の刺激パターンに従って壁部に沿って循環的に伝搬するように刺激デバイスを制御することができる。組織壁の刺激時に組織壁の所望の反応を得るために、制御デバイスは、壁部の刺激の強度を、好ましくは循環的に変化させるように刺激デバイスを制御することができる。
立ち上がりおよび立下りを有する第1の電気回路からの電気パルスを外部伝送デバイスに印加して無線デバイスを伝送することと、
電気パルスの連続する立ち上がりと立下りとの間の第1の時間間隔の長さおよび/または電気パルスの連続する立下りと立ち上がりとの間の第2の時間間隔の長さを変化させることと、
第1および/または第2の時間間隔の長さに応じて変化する電力を有する電気パルスから生成された無線エネルギーを伝送することとを含む方法が提供される。
電気回路が、電気パルスの連続する立ち上がりと立下りとの間の第1の時間間隔の長さおよび/または電気パルスの連続する立下りと立ち上がりとの間の第2の時間間隔の長さを変化させるように構成され、

この概略図は、2.5Vを中心とし、エネルギーの不均衡に比例する出力信号を有するエネルギー・バランス測定回路を示している。2.5Vの信号レベルは、エネルギー・バランスが存在することを意味し、レベルが2.5Vより低くなった場合、インプラント内の電源からエネルギーが取り出され、レベルが2.5Vより高くなった場合には、エネルギーが電源に充填される。回路からの出力信号は通常、A/D変換器に送られ、デジタル・フォーマットに変換される。次に、このデジタル情報を外部送信器に送信し、外部送信器が伝送される電力のレベルを調整するのを可能にする。他の可能性として、エネルギー・バランス・レベルをある最大しきい値および最小しきい値と比較し、バランスが最大/最小窓からずれている場合には外部送信器に情報を送信する比較器を使用する完全にアナログなシステムを有することができる。

Claims (9)
- 外部エネルギー源と、電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスとの間の無線エネルギーの伝送を制御する装置であって、
前記外部エネルギー源から伝送された前記無線エネルギーを受信し、受信したエネルギーを、直接的または間接的に、前記電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスに供給するために、前記電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスに接続されている内部エネルギー受信器と、
患者内に設置され、前記エネルギーが、前記電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスに、直接的または間接的に供給される前に、前記内部エネルギー受信器によって受信された前記エネルギーを安定化し、および/または、蓄積するように構成されているエネルギー安定化ユニットと、
前記内部エネルギー受信器によって受信されるエネルギーと、前記電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスによって消費されるエネルギー、または、移植可能なエネルギー蓄積デバイスに蓄積されるエネルギーとの間のエネルギー・バランスを決定し、前記エネルギー・バランスに基づいて、前記外部エネルギー源からの前記無線エネルギーの伝送を制御するように構成される制御ユニットと
を備える装置。 - 前記外部エネルギー源は、
エネルギーを無線伝送するための一次コイルを備え、
前記内部エネルギー受信器は、
無線伝送されたエネルギーを受信するための二次コイルを備える
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
検出された前記エネルギー・バランスの変化が、前記エネルギー・バランスが向上していることを示す場合、伝送される前記無線エネルギーの量を低減させ、検出された前記エネルギー・バランスの変化が、前記エネルギー・バランスが低下していることを示す場合、伝送される前記無線エネルギーの量を増大させるように構成されている
請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
決定された前記エネルギー・バランスが、受信されたエネルギーが、前記電気的に動作可能かつ移植可能な医療デバイスによって消費される、または、前記移植可能なエネルギー蓄積デバイスに蓄積されるエネルギーより大きいことを示す場合に、伝送される前記無線エネルギーの量を低減させるように構成されている
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記エネルギー安定化ユニットは、
受信されるエネルギーを安定化するための、アキュムレータ、キャパシタ、または半導体の少なくとも1つを備える
請求項1~4の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
消費されたエネルギー量、または、蓄積されたエネルギー量、あるいは、消費されたエネルギー量および蓄積されたエネルギー量における検出された経時的な変化に基づいて、前記エネルギー・バランスを決定する
請求項1~5の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、
前記消費されたエネルギー量、または、前記蓄積されたエネルギー量、あるいは、前記消費されたエネルギー量および蓄積されたエネルギー量に関する測定された電気的パラメータの導関数を経時的に決定することによって、前記消費されたエネルギー量、または、前記蓄積されたエネルギー量、あるいは、前記消費されたエネルギー量および蓄積されたエネルギー量における前記検出された経時的な変化を決定する
請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記エネルギー安定化ユニットは、
少なくとも1つの定電圧回路、および少なくとも1つの定電流回路を有する
