Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールを収納する複数のバッテリーラックが具備されたエネルギー貯蔵装置(ESS)の消火システムにおいて、
バッテリーモジュールの温度、電圧、及び煙のうち少なくとも一つを感知するセンシング部;及び
前記センシング部で感知した値のうち少なくとも一つが予め設定された臨界値より高いと、前記バッテリーモジュールに消火薬剤を噴射する消火部を含み、
前記消火部は、前記バッテリーモジュールのバッテリーセルベントホールと対応する領域に提供されて温度が臨界値より高いと、溶融されて前記消火薬剤が前記バッテリーセルベントホールに直接噴射されるようにする感熱部材を含むことを特徴とする、ESSの消火システム。 - 前記センシング部は、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部又は外部に設置されて温度又は電圧を感知する第1センサーと、前記バッテリーモジュールの外部に設置されて煙を感知する第2センサーとを含み、
前記第1センサーで感知した値は、BMSを通じて前記消火部に伝送され、前記第2センサーで感知した値は、前記消火部に伝送されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のESSの消火システム。 - 前記感熱部材の溶融温度は、摂氏80度~250度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記感熱部材の素材は、ABS、PP、PC、PE、及びPFAのうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記消火薬剤を貯蔵する薬剤容器、前記薬剤容器の漏洩を感知する漏洩感知器、前記薬剤容器を開閉するメインバルブ、前記薬剤容器から吐出される前記消火薬剤の吐出圧力を調節する調節器、及び前記メインバルブを制御するコントローラーを具備した供給部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記消火部は、前記薬剤容器と連結されるメインパイプ、前記メインパイプと連結されて前記バッテリーラックにそれぞれ分岐される分岐パイプ、及び前記分岐パイプに連結されて前記バッテリーモジュールにそれぞれ結合される噴射パイプを含み、
前記噴射パイプは、前記バッテリーセルベントホールと対応する位置に噴射ホールを貫通形成され、
前記感熱部材は、前記噴射ホールを塞ぐ位置に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のESSの消火システム。 - 前記感熱部材は、前記噴射パイプを取り囲む基体、及び前記基体の厚さより薄い厚さを有して前記噴射ホールと対応する領域に形成される薄膜部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記調節器を通過した前記消火薬剤の噴射圧力は、前記薬剤容器から噴射される噴射圧力より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記センシング部から感知したセンシング値のうち少なくとも一つが予め設定された臨界値より高いと、前記コントローラーが前記メインバルブを開放することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のESSの消火システム。
- 前記バッテリーラックは、前記噴射パイプが結合される複数のサブフレームを含み、前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記バッテリーセルベントホールに対応する位置にそれぞれ貫通形成された貫通部を含み、前記噴射ホールと前記サブフレーム及び前記貫通部とが相互連通されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のESSの消火システム。
