Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to emulsified cosmetics.
Conventionally, in order to obtain cosmetics having an ultraviolet protection effect, cosmetics containing phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, which is a water-soluble ultraviolet protection agent, have been studied.
For example, in Patent Document 1, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol and/or 2-amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3- It is described that a water-in-oil type sunscreen cosmetic containing a diol and octyl methoxycinnamate does not cause offensive odor and is excellent in emulsion stability.
However, although conventional cosmetics are excellent in UV protection effect, they have problems such as being hard during application to the skin, tending to be uneven when stretched, and inferior in moisturizing feeling of the makeup skin.
The present inventors have found that by using a combination of a hydrocarbon oil that is liquid at 25°C and a glycerin fatty acid ester that is solid at 25°C as an ultraviolet absorber having a sulfonic acid group, the skin becomes soft and uniform during application. The present inventors have found that an emulsified cosmetic that can be spread and has excellent moisturizing feeling on the makeup skin and excellent makeup adhesion can be obtained, and completed the present invention.
The present invention provides the following components (A), (B) and (C):
(A) an ultraviolet absorber having a sulfonic acid group;
(B) a hydrocarbon oil that is liquid at 25°C;

Examples 1-9, Comparative Examples 1-4
A water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic (base cosmetic) having the composition shown in Table 1 was produced, and the SPF was measured. The wear and make-up paste were evaluated. The results are also shown in Table 1.
(Production method)
The powder phase components were mixed and pulverized, added to separately mixed oil phase components containing components (B) and (C), and dispersed by a disper. After that, an aqueous phase component containing the component (A) was added, dispersed with a disper, and stirred with a homomixer to obtain a water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic (base cosmetic).
(Evaluation method)
(1) UV protection effect (SPF value)
Each cosmetic was uniformly applied on a PMMA plate so as to be 1.4 mg/cm 2 for 1 minute and dried in a cool and dark place for 15 minutes. After drying the sample, an SPF analyzer (UV2000S, manufactured by Labsphere, USA) was used to measure the absorption spectrum (wavelength 350 nm) at a total of 9 points on the square PMMA plate, the middle point, each vertex, and the middle point of the side connecting each vertex. The transmittance (%) was measured, and the average of 9 points was obtained. The results show the SPF value (-) calculated from the transmittance (%).
