Claims (5)
- 車両に搭載された燃料電池システムであって、
燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックに接続され、冷却媒体が循環する冷媒循環路と、
前記冷媒循環路に設けられ、前記冷却媒体を循環させる冷媒循環ポンプと、
前記冷媒循環路に調整弁を介して接続されたリザーブタンクと、
前記車両の車速を取得する車速センサと、
前記燃料電池スタックの温度を取得する温度取得手段と、
前記車両の要求駆動力に応じて前記燃料電池スタックの発電量を制御すると共に、前記冷媒循環ポンプを制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池スタックの温度に基づいて前記冷媒循環ポンプの回転数を上限回転数以下の範囲で設定し、前記車速が停止判定値以下のときに、前記車速が前記停止判定値より高いときよりも前記上限回転数を低く設定する燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池スタックの温度が所定の温度閾値以上である場合において、前記燃料電池スタックの発電量が所定の発電量閾値以下のときに、前記燃料電池スタックの発電量が前記発電量閾値より大きいときよりも前記上限回転数を低く設定する請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記車速が前記停止判定値以下である場合に、前記車速が前記停止判定値より高いときよりも前記冷媒循環ポンプの回転数の上昇速度上限値を低く設定する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御装置は、前記燃料電池スタックが発電を停止し、かつ前記燃料電池スタックの温度が所定の低温閾値以下であるときに、前記冷媒循環ポンプを所定の低温時回転数で駆動する低温時制御を実行し、前記低温時制御において、前記冷媒循環ポンプの回転数の上昇速度を、前記車速が前記停止判定値より高いときの前記冷媒循環ポンプの回転数の上昇速度上限値よりも低く設定する請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1つの項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 車両に搭載された燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックに接続され、冷却媒体が循環する冷媒循環路と、
前記冷媒循環路に設けられ、前記冷却媒体を循環させる冷媒循環ポンプと、
前記冷媒循環路に調整弁を介して接続されたリザーブタンクと、
前記車両の車速を取得する車速センサと、
前記燃料電池スタックの温度を取得する温度取得手段と、
前記車両の要求駆動力に応じて前記燃料電池スタックの発電量を制御すると共に、前記冷媒循環ポンプを制御する制御装置とを有する燃料電池システムの制御方法であって、
前記制御装置が、
前記燃料電池スタックの温度に基づいて前記冷媒循環ポンプの回転数を上限回転数以下の範囲で設定し、
前記車速が所定の停止判定値以下のときに、前記車速が前記停止判定値より高いときよりも前記上限回転数を低く設定する燃料電池システムの制御方法。
