Claims (9)
- 負圧面および圧力面を有し、前記負圧面と前記圧力面との境界に前縁および後縁を備える翼有効部と、
前記翼有効部の先端における前縁側の前記負圧面から突出する負圧面側突出部と、
前記翼有効部の先端における後縁側の前記圧力面から突出する圧力面側突出部と
を備えるタービン動翼であって、
前記負圧面側突出部は、
前縁側に備えられ、回転する際に、隣接するタービン動翼の前記圧力面側突出部と接触する接触面および隣接するタービン動翼の前記圧力面側突出部と接触しない非接触面を有する前縁側端面と、
前記非接触面から後縁側に向かって形成されるとともに翼高さ方向に貫通し、後縁側に行くに伴って突出方向における幅が狭くなる溝部と、
前記溝部に嵌合する形状を有するとともにタービン動翼を構成する材料よりも耐エロ―ジョン性に優れた材料で構成され、前記溝部に接合された接合部材と
を具備することを特徴とするタービン動翼。 - 前記非接触面は、前記接触面との境界から負圧面側に行くに伴って前記翼有効部の根元側に翼高さ方向の厚さを増していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記接合部材の前縁側の端面が、前記前縁側端面よりも後縁側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記接合部材は、接触面側から負圧面側に行くに伴って前記翼有効部の根元側に翼高さ方向の厚さを増していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記接合部材は、後縁側に行くに伴って前記翼有効部の根元側に翼高さ方向の厚さを増していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記接合部材の前縁側の端面における接触面側の翼高さ方向の厚さは、前記接触面の翼高さ方向の厚さよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼。
- 前記翼有効部の先端における翼高さ方向に垂直な断面において、
前記溝部の両側面の仮想延長線が交わる点を中心とする前記溝部の両側面間の角度は、前記接合部材の両側面の仮想延長線が交わる点を中心とする前記接合部材の両側面間の角度と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼。 - 前記翼有効部の先端における翼高さ方向に垂直な断面において、
前記溝部の後縁側の先端部が曲面で形成され、
前記接合部材の後縁側の先端部が曲面で構成され、
前記接合部材の先端部における曲面の曲率半径R1は、前記溝部の先端部における曲面の曲率半径R0よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載のタービン動翼。 - 前記曲率半径R0と前記曲率半径R1は、
(R0-R1)≦0.20を満たすことを特徴とする請求項8記載のタービン動翼。
