Claims (20)
- フォイルの第1端部と動作可能に結合するように構成された供給モジュールと、
前記フォイルの第2端部と動作可能に結合するように構成された巻き取りモジュールと、
構成要素を形成するレジンの1つまたは複数の硬化層を保持するように構成された少なくとも1つのステージと、
少なくとも1つの前記ステージの反対側に配置された放射エネルギーデバイスであって、放射エネルギーを生成し、所定のパターンで前記放射エネルギーを投影するように動作可能な放射エネルギーデバイスと、
少なくとも1つの前記ステージおよび前記フォイルの相対位置を変更するように構成されたアクチュエータと、
前記供給モジュールと前記巻き取りモジュールとの間に配置されたアキュムレータであって、定義された時間の間、前記アキュムレータの上流の前記フォイルの第1部分が第1速度で移動し、前記アキュムレータの下流の前記フォイルの第2部分が第2速度で移動することを可能にするように前記フォイルの中間部を保持するように構成されたアキュムレータと、
を含む、付加製造装置。 - 前記アキュムレータは、前記フォイルの前記中間部の少なくとも一部分を保持するように構成されたキャビティを画定する、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記フォイルから前記レジンの少なくとも一部分を除去するように構成されたリクラメーションシステム、
を、さらに含む、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - 前記アキュムレータは、前記アキュムレータの上流の前記フォイルの前記第1部分が断続的に移動する一方で、前記アキュムレータの下流の前記フォイルの前記第2部分が連続的に移動することを可能にするように構成される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記アキュムレータ内の材料保持アセンブリ、
を、さらに含む、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - 前記材料保持アセンブリは、前記フォイルの第1面に力を生成することによって前記フォイルと選択的に相互作用するように構成された空気圧作動領域を含み、前記フォイルの前記第1面は前記レジンに対向する、請求項5に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記材料保持アセンブリは、前記アキュムレータによって画定されたキャビティ内に少なくとも1つの保持ローラを含む、請求項5に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記アキュムレータ内の前記フォイルの長さを検出するように構成されたセンサ、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - 検出システムと動作可能に結合されたコンピューティングシステムであって、前記キャビティ内の前記フォイルの量に基づいて、前記アキュムレータの下流の前記フォイルの前記第2部分の速度を決定するように構成される、コンピューティングシステム、
をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の付加製造装置。 - 前記アキュムレータ内の1つまたは複数のガイドであって、前記アキュムレータのキャビティから前記フォイルに外部から接触するように構成された少なくとも1つのローラまたは少なくとも1つの空気圧装置を含む、1つまたは複数のガイド、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。 - 少なくとも1つの前記ステージは、並列の複数のステージを含み、複数の前記ステージの各々は、材料デポジタと前記アキュムレータとの間に配置される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置。
- 定義された時間の間、フォイルの第1部分を第1距離だけ移動させ、
前記フォイルの前記第1部分はアキュムレータの上流に配置され、
前記定義された時間の間、前記フォイルの第2部分を第2距離だけ移動させ、

前記ステージの反対側に配置された放射エネルギーデバイスであって、放射エネルギーを生成し、所定のパターンで前記放射エネルギーを投影するように動作可能な放射エネルギーデバイスと、
前記ステージおよび前記フォイルの相対位置を変更するように構成されたアクチュエータと、
前記フォイルから前記レジンの少なくとも一部分を除去するように構成されたリクラメーションシステムと、
前記ステージと前記リクラメーションシステムとの間に配置されたアキュムレータと、
を含む、付加製造装置。 - 前記アキュムレータの上流の前記フォイルの第1部分は静止し、前記アキュムレータの下流の前記フォイルの第2部分は前記リクラメーションシステムを通って移動する、請求項17に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記フォイルの前記第1部分は材料デポジタと動作可能に結合され、前記フォイルの前記第2部分は前記リクラメーションシステムと動作可能に結合される、請求項18に記載の付加製造装置。
- 前記アキュムレータ内の材料保持アセンブリ、
をさらに含む、請求項17に記載の付加製造装置。
