Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to roll good packaging.
2. Description of the Related Art A roll product package, in which a roll product obtained by winding a paper towel such as a paper towel or a non-woven fabric towel in a roll shape, is contained in a packaging bag made of a resin film has been put on the market. A packaging bag used for a roll product package is made of a resin film, and is generally perforated to facilitate opening of the packaging bag. Various proposals have been made for packaging bags having opening perforations and roll products packaged in the packaging bags.
In
In
In a roll product package containing a plurality of roll products, a groove is generated between one roll product and another roll product, and the resin film is stretched. It is easy to open by providing an eye. On the other hand, there is a problem that it is difficult to open the roll product package in which one roll product is packaged, and the roll product cannot be easily taken out because the valley does not occur. Since the roll product packages described in
Therefore, if the tensile strength at break of the perforations is too low in order to improve the unsealability, there is a problem that the package may be opened at an unintended timing due to impact during transportation or the like. Regarding the thickness of the resin film, there is another problem that if the thickness of the resin film is too thin, the perforated lines may lead to misopening, and if it is too thick, the ease of opening is inferior. In addition, if the roll product inside is too soft, it will be difficult for the force to be transmitted to the resin film when the product is opened, making it difficult to open the perforations. There is still another problem that there is a risk of accidental opening of the perforations.
In addition, in the roll product package in which one roll of the roll product is packaged, the packaging form is preferably caramel packaging. ) are present on the top and bottom surfaces. When the perforations cross the heat-sealed portion, if the angle formed by the pattern of the heat-sealed portion and the perforations is too large, the tearing of the perforations stops at the heat-sealed portion and the roll product is removed from the packaging bag. difficult. On the other hand, if the angle between the pattern of the heat-sealed portion and the perforations is too small, the perforations may unintentionally split during heat-sealing, resulting in defects such as holes.
Furthermore, if the pattern of the heat-sealed portion is enlarged in order to ensure the appearance of the package, the perforation and the heat-sealed portion are more likely to come into contact with each other. stops in the middle, making it difficult to remove. Conversely, if the number of heat-sealed portions is reduced too much in order to ensure ease of removal, packaging defects such as erroneous opening during transportation may occur, and the aesthetic appearance of the product may be deteriorated.
As described above, conventional roll product packages provided with perforations for opening have difficulties in ease of opening, difficulty in erroneous opening, and ease in taking out the roll product from the packaging bag.
An object of the present invention is to provide a roll product that is caramel-wrapped, is easy to open, allows easy removal of the roll product inside, and prevents erroneous opening in unintended situations such as during processing, transportation, or dropping. It is to provide a package.
As a result of extensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that the width of the heat-sealed portion and the tensile breaking strength of the perforations for opening are set to predetermined ranges, respectively, so that the desired roll can be obtained.
In a preferred embodiment, the width of the heat-sealed

The tensile breaking strength of the perforated

In a preferred embodiment, the ratio A ( %) is in the range of 25% or more and 75% or less, 33% or more and 67% or less, or 40% or more and 60% or less. By setting the ratio A within the above range, for example, it is possible to achieve both ease of separation when opening the perforated

At this time, in (1) hydroentanglement of the manufacturing method, a nonwoven fabric containing synthetic fibers and pulp fibers is obtained by hydroentangling pulp fibers with synthetic fibers. Regarding the hydroentanglement method, it is preferable to use the method described in JP-A-2018-193634, for example.
<包装袋>

The thickness of the resin film is, for example, in the range of 20 μm to 50 μm, in the range of 25 μm to 45 μm, or in the range of 30 μm to 40 μm. If the thickness of the resin film is less than 20 μm, the film tends to be opened erroneously during heat-sealing in the packaging process. According to the present embodiment, by adjusting the thickness of the resin film that constitutes the packaging bag within the range described above, it is difficult for the film to be opened by mistake during heat sealing in the packaging process. can be made easier. The thickness of the resin film can be measured according to JIS K7130.
The tensile strength at break of the resin film is, for example, in the range of 5 N/10 mm or more and 20.5 N/10 mm or less, 9 N/10 mm or more and 19.5 N/10 mm or less, or 12 N/10 mm or more and 18 N/10 mm or less. By setting the tensile breaking strength of the resin film within the range described above, the risk of misopening tends to be further reduced. The tensile breaking strength of the resin film can be measured according to JIS K7127.

Paper towels and roll products shown in Tables 1 to 3 were produced through the steps of (1) laminating pulp fibers on a polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric and hydroentangling, (2) embossing, and (3) roll winding. . At this time, in (1) hydroentangling, a nonwoven fabric containing synthetic fibers and pulp fibers was obtained by hydroentangling synthetic fibers with pulp fibers according to the method described in JP-A-2018-193634. In addition, in the embossing process (2), a hot embossing process using matched steel (steel match) was performed using a roll winder. Moreover, the shape of the embossed single body was hexagonal. Next, using a caramel packaging machine (model: CASMATIC CMW525, manufactured by FABIO PERINI), a pre-perforated polyethylene packaging film bag is used to follow the surface shape of the roll product and pass from the top to the side. One roll product is caramel-wrapped so that a perforated portion extending to the bottom is formed, and a plurality of 15 strip-shaped heat-sealed portions are substantially parallel and substantially equal on the top and bottom surfaces. A heat-sealed portion was formed in a pattern arranged at intervals to produce a one-roll package. In the obtained 1-roll package, the axial direction of the roll product coincided with the MD direction of the film forming the packaging bag.
The following measurements were performed on the examples and comparative examples produced as described above. Each measurement was carried out after maintaining an equilibrium state under the temperature and humidity conditions specified in JIS P 8111 (23±1° C., 50±2% RH).
Basis weight: Measured based on JIS P8124 and converted to per sheet.
Paper thickness: Measured using a thickness gauge (dial thickness gauge "PEACOCK" manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.). The measurement conditions are a measurement load of 3.7 kPa and a probe diameter of 30 mm. In addition, the measurement was repeated 10 times and the measurement results were averaged. For the measurement, three sheets of paper towels were piled up and measured, and the value was divided into 1/3 to obtain the value of the paper thickness.
Winding length: For paper towels with perforations extending in the width direction at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction, the length of 10 sheets between one perforation and the adjacent perforation was measured. After that, the number of roll sheets was actually measured, and the winding length was obtained by proportional calculation from the length of 10 sheets and the number of sheets. For example, if the length of 10 sheets is 1.515 m and the number of sheets is 330, then 1.515 m×(330/10)=50 m. When the paper towel had no perforations, the roll length was determined by actual measurement.
Roll winding diameter DR, core outer diameter DI: 10 rolls were measured using a diameter meter rule manufactured by Muratec KDS Co., Ltd., and the measurement results were averaged.
As for the roll density, 10 rolls were measured by the method described above, and the measurement results were averaged. The tensile breaking strength of the perforations was measured for 10 1-roll packages, and the average value of the measured values was obtained.
