Claims (15)
- カメラ装置(10、30a~e)に対して長手方向(16)に移動する物体(14)の流れにおいて物体(14)を捕捉するためのカメラ装置(10、30a~e)であって、前記物体(14)の画像を撮影するための画像センサ(24)を有するカメラ(10)と、少なくとも1つの第1の方向転換素子(30a)とを含み、前記カメラ(10)の視野(18)が少なくとも、前記第1の方向転換素子(30a)を捕らえる第1の部分視野(32a、18a)と前記第1の方向転換素子(30a)を捕らえない第2の部分視野(32b、18b)を備える、カメラ装置(10、30a~e)において、
前記第1の方向転換素子(30a)が、前記第1の部分視野(32a、18a)の第1の視点が前記第2の部分視野(32b、18b)の第2の視点とは別の視点になるように配置されており、それにより前記第1の部分視野(32a、18a)が前記物体(14)に対して前記第2の部分視野(32b、18b)とは別の視点を提供し、その結果、前記画像センサ(24)で前記物体(14)の少なくとも2つの面が同時に撮影されることを特徴とするカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。 - 前記第2の視点が上方の視点である、請求項1に記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。

- 前記カメラ(10)が前記物体(14)の流れを前記長手方向(16)に搬送する搬送装置(12)の付近に静的に取り付けられている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記第2の部分視野(32b、18b)において捕らえられるように配置された第3の方向転換素子(30c)を備えている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記第1の方向転換素子(30a)により折り曲げられた前記第1の視点の受光路(32a)をもう一度折り曲げる第4の方向転換素子(30b)を備えている、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記第2の方向転換素子(30d)により折り曲げられた前記第3の視点の受光路(32c)をもう一度折り曲げる第5の方向転換素子(30e)を備えている、請求項4に記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記各方向転換素子(30a~e)が、異なる視点に対応する前記カメラ(10)と前記物体(14)の間の複数の光路(30a~c)が前記カメラ(10)の被写界深度範囲に相当する許容差で以て同じ長さになるように配置されている、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記各方向転換素子(30a~e)が、鏡と、前記物体(14)の流れに対して所定の配置及び向きで取り付けるためのホルダとを備えている、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記画像センサ(24)がラインセンサとして構成されている、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記各部分視野(32a~c、18a~c)に前記画像センサ(24)の隣接した画素領域が対応しており、特に前記第2の部分視野(32b、18b)に中央の画素領域が対応し、第1の乃至は他の部分視野(32a、32c、18a、18c)に脇の画素領域が対応している、又は、前記各部分視野(32a~c、18a~c)に前記画像センサ(24)の重なり合った画素領域が対応している、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記カメラ(10)の視野を照明するため、特に前記方向転換素子(30a~e)を経て前記部分視野(32a~c、18a~c)を照明するために、照明ユニットを備えている、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
- 前記画像センサ(24)で取得された画像データの中でコード領域(22)を見つけ出してそのコード内容を読み取るように構成された制御及び評価ユニット(26)を備えている、請求項1~13のいずれかに記載のカメラ装置(10、30a~e)。
