以下では、本発明の実施例によるプランジャー反発圧力低減構造を有する注射器を添付図面に基づいてより具体的に説明する。

Claims (3)
- 後端に指掛け部(2)が形成され、先端吐出部の縮径管部(3)の外側には内側面に螺旋部(5)を有するルアーロック結合部(4)が形成されたバーレル(1)と、前記バーレル(1)の内側に挿入され、後端に押圧板(7)を有する押込みロッド(6)と、前記押込みロッド(6)の先端に締結されるプランジャー(9)と、前記ルアーロック結合部(4)にネジ結合され、先端に注射針(12)が装着されたハブ(11)とを含んでなるプランジャー反発圧力低減構造を有する注射器であって、
前記プランジャー(9)はテーパー形の円錐状に形成され、上端に行くほど段々外径が縮小する3段の第1段差部(14a)、第2段差部(14b)及び第3段差部(14c)が形成され、これと対応して結合されるバーレル(1)の縮径管部(3)の内側注射液吐出口(15)の内面にも上端に行くほど段々小さくなるように第1縮径部(16a)、第2縮径部(16b)及び第3縮径部(16c)が形成されることにより、プランジャー(9)が対応して結合されるように構成されることを特徴とする、プランジャー反発圧力低減構造を有する注射器。 - 前記プランジャー(9)に形成される第1段差部(14a)、第2段差部(14b)及び第3段差部(14c)は、第1段差部(14a)と第2段差部(14b)との間の間隔より前記第2段差部(14b)と第3段差部(14c)との間の間隔が短く形成され、上方に行くほど間隔が段々短く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプランジャー反発圧力低減構造を有する注射器。
- 前記バーレル(1)の先端吐出部の縮径管部(3)の内側の吐出口(15)の内面に形成される第1縮径部(16a)、第2縮径部(16b)及び第3縮径部(16c)は、第1縮径部(16a)と第2縮径部(16b)との間の間隔より前記第2縮径部(16b)と第3縮径部(16c)との間の間隔が短い範囲内で形成され、上方に行くほど間隔が段々短く形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプランジャー反発圧力低減構造を有する注射器。
