Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a polyethylene laminate for a packaging material and a packaging material composed of the laminate.
Polyethylene film is used in various packaging materials because it has appropriate flexibility, is excellent in transparency, moisture resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and is inexpensive. The melting point of polyethylene varies slightly depending on the type, but is generally about 100 to 140 ° C. Therefore, it is generally used as a heat-sealing film in the field of packaging materials.
On the other hand, as compared with other thermoplastic resin films, the polyethylene film is inferior in rigidity, so that the printability is low, and it is difficult to form a clear image on the surface thereof. In addition, the polyethylene film did not have sufficient strength to satisfy the durability required for the exterior of the packaging material.
Therefore, a resin film having excellent rigidity and strength such as a polyester film or a nylon film is laminated with a polyethylene film to form a laminated body, and the end of the laminated body is heat-sealed so that the polyethylene film side of the laminated body is on the inside. (For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-104525).
By the way, in recent years, with the increasing demand for the construction of a sound material-cycle society, attempts have been made to recycle and use packaging materials. However, when different types of resin films as described above are bonded together, it is difficult to separate the resin films from each other, which is not suitable for recycling, and there is also a demand for using a packaging material having a smaller environmental load.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and to provide a polyethylene laminate for a packaging material, which can remarkably reduce the burden on the environment and has high printability and strength. Examples of the polyethylene contained in the stretched polyethylene film include high density polyethylene (HDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Further, the stretched polyethylene film can contain two or more of these.
Among these, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and medium-density polyethylene (MDPE) are preferable from the viewpoint of printability, strength, heat resistance and stretchability of the polyethylene laminate, and medium-density polyethylene is more preferable from the viewpoint of stretchability. ..
