Abstract
Description
上記課題を解決するための本発明の第1の態様の三次元造形装置は、下層上に造形層を積層することで三次元造形物を製造する三次元造形装置であって、ステージと、第1材料を供給する第1材料供給手段と、熱膨張係数が前記第1材料の熱膨張係数よりも大きい第2材料を供給する第2材料供給手段と、レーザー照射手段と、第1レーザー照射モードと、前記第1レーザー照射モードよりも下層への熱の拡散が少ない第2レーザー照射モードと、を選択して、前記レーザー照射手段を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記第1材料を前記ステージ上に供給して形成される前記造形層としての第1材料造形層上に、前記第2材料を供給して形成される前記造形層としての第2材料造形層を形成し、該第2材料造形層に前記レーザー照射手段からレーザーを照射する場合、前記第2レーザー照射モードを選択して前記レーザー照射手段を制御することを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 下層上に造形層を積層することで三次元造形物を製造する三次元造形装置であって、
ステージと、
第1材料を供給する第1材料供給手段と、
熱膨張係数が前記第1材料の熱膨張係数よりも大きい第2材料を供給する第2材料供給手段と、
レーザー照射手段と、
第1レーザー照射モードと、前記第1レーザー照射モードよりも前記下層への熱の拡散が少ない第2レーザー照射モードと、を選択して、前記レーザー照射手段を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1材料を前記ステージ上に供給して形成される前記造形層としての第1材料造形層上に、前記第2材料を供給して形成される前記造形層としての第2材料造形層を形成し、該第2材料造形層に前記レーザー照射手段からレーザーを照射する場合、前記第2レーザー照射モードを選択して前記レーザー照射手段を制御することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置において、
前記第2レーザー照射モードは、前記第1レーザー照射モードよりもパルス幅の短いレーザーを使用することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置において、
少なくとも前記第2レーザー照射モードはトップハット形状のエネルギー強度分布を有するレーザーを使用することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形装置において、
前記第1材料はセラミックであることを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の三次元造形装置において、
前記第2材料は金属であることを特徴とする三次元造形装置。
