Claims (10)
- それぞれがプロセッサと記憶装置とを含む計算機を一つ以上有して構成される射出成形支援システムであって、
前記プロセッサは、
金型と所定の材料との組合せを用いた生産実績と、前記所定の材料の材料情報とを取得する処理と、
前記記憶装置から、前記生産実績と、前記所定の材料の材料情報と、予め取得された複数の材料の材料情報とを取得し、取得された情報に基づいて前記複数の材料の中から少なくとも一つの候補材料を選択する処理と、
前記選択された候補材料と前記金型との組み合わせを用いて射出成形するための補正成形条件を作成する処理と、
前記作成された補正成形条件と前記選択された候補材料とをユーザへ提供する処理とを実行する
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
前記材料情報は、
任意の成形条件を射出成形機に入力して射出成形させた場合の、前記射出成形機の所定部位、あるいは前記射出成形機に取り付けられた金型内の所定部位における物理量の実測値と前記任意の成形条件とを関連付けた情報と、
材料の推奨成形条件とを含む、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項2に記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
前記物理量は、温度、速度、圧力のうち少なくともいずれか一つを含む、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項2または3のいずれかに記載の射出成形支援システムであって
前記物理量は、射出開始からピーク圧力までの圧力積分値、射出開始から型開きまでの圧力積分値、圧力の最大微分値のうちいずれか一つまたは複数から計算される流動特性を含む、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項2~4のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
前記選択される候補材料は、前記材料の推奨成形条件の範囲内で、前記流動特性が一致する材料である、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項4または5のいずれかに記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
材料情報は、前記流動特性を予め取得した際の、流動特性のばらつきと得られた成形品品質ばらつきとを含む、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項6に記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
射出成形機と金型と所定の材料との組合せを用いた生産実績と、前記所定の材料について予め取得された所定の材料情報とを入力する工程において、製品の要求精度を併せて入力し、
前記選択される候補材料は、予め取得された流動特性のばらつきと得られた成形品品質とが、製品の要求精度を満たす、
射出成形支援システム。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形支援システムであって、
所定の材料がバージン材であり、候補材料はリサイクル材である、
射出成形支援システム。 - 計算機を用いて射出成形を支援する射出成形支援方法であって、
前記計算機は、
金型と所定の材料との組合せを用いた生産実績と、前記所定の材料の材料情報とを取得する処理と、
前記生産実績と、前記所定の材料の材料情報と、予め取得された複数の材料の材料情報とに基づき、前記複数の材料の中から少なくとも一つの候補材料を選択する処理と、
前記選択された候補材料と前記金型との組み合わせを用いて射出成形するための補正成形条件を作成する処理と、
前記作成された補正成形条件と前記選択された候補材料とをユーザへ提供する処理とを実行する
射出成形支援方法。 - 請求項9に記載の射出成形支援方法であって、
前記材料情報は、
任意の成形条件を射出成形機に入力して射出成形させた場合の、前記射出成形機の所定部位、あるいは前記射出成形機に取り付けられた金型内の所定部位における物理量の実測値と前記任意の成形条件とを関連付けた情報と、
材料の推奨成形条件とを含む、
射出成形支援方法。
