Claims (16)
- 細胞を生育、培養、および/または改変するときの使用のための装置であって、
主要容器を備え、
前記主要容器は、下部区域と、前記下部区域と実質的に平行に配置される上部区域と、前記上部区域と前記下部区域との間に配置され、前記主要容器の内部のルーメンを定める壁要素とを有し、
前記主要容器の前記壁要素は前記上部区域および前記下部区域に対して圧縮可能であり、
前記主要容器は少なくとも1つの任意選択的に封止可能な入口を有し、
前記主要容器の前記壁要素は柔軟な材料から成る、装置であって、
前記装置は、前記主要容器の外部に、前記主要容器と流体連通している複数の補助容器をさらに備える、装置。 - 前記補助容器のうちの1つまたは複数は前記主要容器に取り外し可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助容器のうちの一部は独立して前記主要容器と直接的な流体連通にある、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記補助容器のうちの1つまたは複数は前記主要容器の前記上部区域に位置付けられる、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 1つまたは複数の補助容器は前記主要容器の前記下部区域か下部区域の近くに位置付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置との使用のための補助容器。
- 前記補助容器は、下部区域と、前記下部区域と実質的に平行に配置される上部区域と、前記上部区域と前記下部区域との間に配置され、前記補助容器の内部のルーメンを定める壁要素とを備え、前記補助容器の前記壁要素は前記上部区域および前記下部区域に対して圧縮可能であり、前記容器は少なくとも1つの任意選択的に封止可能な入口を有し、前記補助容器の前記壁要素は柔軟な材料から成り、前記補助容器は、前記主要容器の入口または出口に取り外し可能に連結されるように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置、または、請求項6に記載の補助容器。
- 少なくとも1つの補助容器は、前記補助容器の内容物を特定の温度で維持するように構成される断熱手段を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置、または、請求項6または7に記載の補助容器。
- 前記主要容器または前記補助容器は、前記容器の相対する側に弁を有する、請求項1から5、7、8のいずれか一項に記載の装置、または、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の補助容器。
- 前記容器の前記2つの相対する側における前記弁は、前記容器が十分に圧縮されるとき、通路を形成することで相互作用するように構成される、請求項9に記載の装置または補助容器。
- (i)主要容器を備え、前記主要容器は、下部区域と、前記下部区域と実質的に平行に配置される上部区域と、前記上部区域と前記下部区域との間に配置され、前記主要容器の内部のルーメンを定める壁要素とを有し、
前記主要容器の前記壁要素は前記上部区域および前記下部区域に対して圧縮可能であり、
前記主要容器は少なくとも1つの任意選択的に封止可能な入口を有し、
前記主要容器の前記壁要素は柔軟な材料から成る、主要容器と、
(ii)請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の補助容器とを備える、請求項1から5または7から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置への組み込みのための部品のキット。 - 請求項1から5または7から10のいずれか一項に記載の装置内で細胞を生育、培養、および/または改変する多ステップの方法。
- 興味のある細胞集団を前記主要容器へと導入するステップと、前記細胞の所望の生育、培養、および/または改変をもたらすために、1つまたは複数の試薬を1つまたは複数の補助容器から前記主要容器へと続いて添加するステップとを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記補助容器のうちの1つまたは複数において処理を実行するステップを含み、それによって、前記主要容器内の前記細胞の一部または全部が必須の前記補助容器へと移動させられ、前記処理の完了に続いて前記主要容器へと戻すように移送される、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記主要容器内の細胞の光学密度を監視し、前記細胞が前記主要容器内の特定の光学密度に達すると、前記細胞を前記主要容器から生物反応器などの追加的な容器へと移送するステップと、前記細胞を前記追加的な容器内で培養するステップとを含む、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 細胞または細胞培養生産物を、前記主要容器または前記装置内の追加的な容器から1つまたは複数の補助容器へと回収するステップと、前記回収された細胞または細胞培養生産物を任意選択的に凍結させるステップとを含む、請求項12から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
