Claims (13)
- 底面(44)及び側壁(46)を有するモジュールケース(42)と、該モジュールケース(44)内にある、焦点距離が可変の適応レンズ(40)と、該適応レンズ(40)を前記モジュールケース(42)内で保持するための押圧要素(48)とを備えるレンズモジュール(38)において、
前記押圧要素が波形ばね(48)を備えることを特徴とするレンズモジュール(38)。 - 前記適応レンズ(40)がゲルレンズ又は液体レンズである、請求項1に記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 前記適応レンズ(40)が少なくとも1つの電極(54a~b)を備え、前記レンズモジュール(38)が前記電極(54a~b)に前記モジュールケース(42)の外側から接触するための接続配線(56)、特にフレキシブル配線を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 温度感知器(20、58)を備え、特に該温度感知器が前記接続配線(56)上の抵抗器(58)として構成されている、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 前記適応レンズ(40)と前記波形ばね(48)との間に絶縁要素(52)を備え、該絶縁要素(52)が特に前記適応レンズ(40)を前記モジュールケース(42)内に入れるための取り付け要素を兼ねるように構成されている、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 前記波形ばね(48)を前記適応レンズ(40)に押圧するためのプレス要素(50)を備えている、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 前記プレス要素(50)、前記波形ばね(48)、前記絶縁要素(52)、前記適応レンズ(40)及び前記底面(44)がこの順序で上下に配置されている、請求項1から4まで並びに請求項5及び6のいずれかに記載のレンズモジュール(38)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のレンズモジュール(38)を有する対物レンズであって、前記レンズモジュール(38)を対物レンズ(60、62)に押し付ける第2のばね(64)を有する対物レンズ。
- 前記第2のばねが多重巻きばねとして構成されている、請求項8に記載の対物レンズ。
- 前記レンズモジュール(38)と前記対物レンズ(60、62)の間に前記レンズモジュール(38)の接続配線(56)を正しい位置へ回転させるための遊びばめが設けられている、請求項8又は9に記載の対物レンズ。
- 前記第2のばね(64)の上側に配置された外部光フィルタ(68)を備えている、請求項8~10のいずれかに記載の対物レンズ。
- 発光器(22)及び/又は受光器(16)と、該発光器(22)及び/又は該受光器(16)の前に配置された請求項8~10のいずれかに記載の対物レンズとを備える光電センサ(10)。
- 前記対物レンズが前記第2のばね(64)でセンサ(10)の前面パネル(66)に押し付けられている、請求項12に記載のセンサ(10)。
