Abstract
Description
まず、制御装置は、バルブ7を開き(S1)、アクチュエータ3を駆動して混合剤吐出ノズル2を試料採取ノズル10から離し、試料採取を開始させる(S2)。この状態で所定時間待機することにより、必要量の試料が採取される(S3)。なお、試料の採取量は待機時間で調整される。

Claims (11)
- 試料と混合する混合剤を吐出する混合剤吐出ノズルと、
試料が流れる試料配管の内側に開口して試料を採取する試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを調整する可動機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
前記混合剤吐出ノズルおよび前記試料採取口のうちの少なくとも一方への試料の流入を抑制する密閉機構を備えることを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
試料を採取する際に、前記混合剤吐出ノズルへの試料の流入を抑制するために、前記混合剤吐出ノズルから混合剤を吐出することを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
混合剤または試料を含んだ混合剤を、前記試料採取口から前記試料配管へ逆流させる逆流機構を備えることを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
試料採取口の方向が試料の流れ方向に対して90°以上であり、且つ、試料の流れの上流方向から見て前記試料採取口に重なる障害物が無いことを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
前記可動機構の動作を制御する制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、試料を採取する場合に前記試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを広げるように前記可動機構を制御し、試料の採取を終える場合に前記試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを狭めるように前記可動機構を制御することを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項1に記載の混合システムであって、
前記試料採取口から流入した試料の流れを遮断することができる遮断機構と、
前記遮断機構の動作を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを狭める際に、試料の流れを遮断するように前記遮断機構を制御することを特徴とする混合システム。 - 請求項4に記載の混合システムであって、
前記逆流機構の動作を制御する制御装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを調整する際に、混合剤または試料を含んだ混合剤を前記試料採取口から前記試料配管へ逆流させることを特徴とする混合システム。 - 試料と混合する混合剤を吐出する混合剤吐出ノズルと、試料が流れる試料配管の内側に開口して試料を採取する試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを調整する可動機構と、を備える混合システムと、
前記混合システムで採取した試料の測定を行う測定部と、
を備えることを特徴とする測定システム。 - 請求項9に記載の測定システムであって、
固形分を分離するフィルタを備え、
前記混合システムで混合された試料が前記測定部を通過後に、前記フィルタにおいて固形分が分離され、前記フィルタを通過した成分が混合剤として再利用されることを特徴とする測定システム。 - 請求項10に記載の測定システムであって、
前記可動機構の動作を制御する制御装置を備え、
前記混合システムは、混合剤または試料を含んだ混合剤を、前記試料採取口から前記試料配管へ逆流させる逆流機構を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記逆流機構の動作を制御し、
前記制御装置は、前記試料採取口と前記混合剤吐出ノズルとのギャップを調整する際に、混合剤または試料を含んだ混合剤を前記試料採取口から前記試料配管へ逆流させることを特徴とする測定システム。
