Abstract
【解決手段】医用画像ファイル処理装置と、1又は複数の読影レポート管理装置(例えば、医療機関のデータサーバ)と、1又は複数の医用画像ファイル利用装置(例えば、研究機関端末)とが、ネットワークを介して相互に通信可能に接続される医用画像ファイル処理システムにおいて、医用画像ファイル処理装置10は、読影レポートを取得する取得部と、読影レポートの内容に基づいて、読影レポートに対応する医用画像ファイルを分類する分類部と、、分類の結果に応じた内容の匿名化処理により、医用画像ファイルの匿名化処理を行う匿名化部と、を備える。

Description
図3は、医用画像ファイル処理装置10の機能の一例を示すブロック図である。
上述の例では、医用画像ファイルの診断目的に基づいて、医用画像ファイルの匿名化方法を決定する場合について説明したが、その場合に限定されるものではない。例えば、医用画像ファイル処理装置10は、医用画像ファイル利用装置30における医用画像ファイルの利用目的に基づいて、医用画像ファイルの匿名化方法を決定してもよい。その場合、決定機能113は、医用画像ファイル利用装置30からの要求に応じて、当該読影レポートに対応する医用画像ファイルの利用目的を決定する機能を含む。

Claims (6)
- 読影レポートを取得する取得部と、
前記読影レポートの内容に基づいて、前記読影レポートに対応する医用画像ファイルを分類する分類部と、
を備える医用画像ファイル処理装置。 - 前記分類の結果に応じた内容の匿名化処理により、前記医用画像ファイルの匿名化処理を行う匿名化部、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載の医用画像ファイル処理装置。 - 前記読影レポートの内容に基づいて、前記読影レポートに対応する医用画像ファイルの診断目的を決定する決定部と、
前記分類の結果と、前記決定の結果との組み合わせに応じた内容の匿名化処理により、前記医用画像ファイルの匿名化処理を行う匿名化部と、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載の医用画像ファイル処理装置。 - 前記医用画像ファイルの利用目的を決定する決定部と、
前記分類の結果と、前記決定の結果との組み合わせに応じた内容の匿名化処理により、前記医用画像ファイルの匿名化処理を行う匿名化部と、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載の医用画像ファイル処理装置。 - 前記医用画像ファイルは、医用画像データと、その付帯情報とを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の医用画像ファイル処理装置。 - 読影レポートを取得するステップと、
前記読影レポートの内容に基づいて、前記読影レポートに対応する医用画像ファイルを分類するステップと、
