【課題】毛髪の成長を抑えるための脱毛剤の提供。【解決手段】毛母細胞のＤＮＡを壊せば毛髪の成長を除去できるため、変性剤を毛母細胞に加えてＤＮＡを壊すことにより、毛髪の成長を除去できる脱毛剤。毛母細胞を標的部位とするリポゾーム医薬品であって、変性剤を有効成分とする、脱毛剤。【選択図】なし

Description

本発明は、毛母細胞の増殖を停止する脱毛剤に関する。
毛母細胞の分裂により毛髪がはえて成長する。
毛髪の成長を抑えるための脱毛剤を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の目的を達成するため、次の構成を採用する。
毛髪は、皮膚の外に出ている毛幹と、皮膚の下に隠れている毛根で構成され、毛根の膨らんだ部分が毛球である。髪の成長を支える大切な役割の毛球の内部には毛乳頭があり、それを覆っている細胞が毛母細胞である。
毛母細胞の細胞分裂が活発化すると髪の毛は順調に成長する。
毛母細胞には作用を現すＤＮＡが存在し、そのＤＮＡを壊すことによりＤＮＡ複製ができなくなり、毛母細胞の増殖を停止することができる。すなわち、毛母細胞のＤＮＡを壊せば毛髪の成長を除去できる。
ＤＮＡは塩基間で水素結合しているが、変性剤を加えてアルカリ性にすると、水素イオンを放出するため変性し、ＤＮＡの二重らせんが１本鎖ごと２本に分離する。変性剤を毛母細胞に加えてＤＮＡを壊すことにより、毛髪の成長を除去できる、脱毛剤である。
毛母細胞を標的部位とするリポゾーム医薬品であって、変性剤を有効成分とする、脱毛剤。
脱毛剤がクリーム状の場合や液体の場合でも、直接肌に塗る。
肌にぬりっぱなしでも良い。
代表的な変性剤として、尿素薬がある。
