Description
Claims (15)
- 手術機器のためのハンドピースであって、前記ハンドピースの遠位端は手術用エンドエフェクタに結合するように構成され、前記ハンドピースは:
ハウジングと;
前記ハンドピースの前記遠位端から前記ハンドピースの近位端まで延在する、前記ハウジング内の吸引ルーメンと;
前記吸引ルーメンを通る流体の流れを制御するように構成されたフローバルブと;
前記フローバルブの位置を検出するように構成されたフローバルブ位置センシング回路と;を備える、
ハンドピース。 - 前記フローバルブ位置センシング回路は、前記バルブが:第1の位置、第2の位置、又は前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置の中間位置のいずれにあるかを検出する、
請求項1に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記第1の位置は開位置であり、及び/又は、前記第2の位置は閉位置である、
請求項2に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記フローバルブ位置センシング回路は:
前記フローバルブが前記閉位置にあるときに、前記手術機器の状態に応じて、前記開位置にあるべきであることを感知するように;及び
ユーザに前記バルブを開けるように促す信号を出力するように;構成された、
請求項3に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記フローバルブは、手術部位からの生理食塩水の流量を調節するように構成された、
請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記バルブの検出された位置は、前記ハンドピースの信号を介して電気手術機器のユーザに伝達されるように構成された、
請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記バルブ位置センシング回路は、ホール効果センサを備える、
請求項1~請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記ホール効果センサは、前記ハンドピースに対して静止位置にあるように構成された、
請求項7に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記バルブ位置センシング回路は、磁石を更に備える、
請求項7~請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピース。 - 前記磁石は、前記ホール効果センサが前記磁石の移動を検出できるように、前記バルブを作動させるように構成されたレバーと関連して移動するように構成された、
請求項9記載のハンドピース。 - 請求項1~請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピースと;
更に、使用時に切断用付属品を作動させるように構成された、前記ハウジング内のモータと;
前記モータの温度を監視するように構成された温度センサと;を備え、
前記バルブ位置センシング回路は、前記モータの前記温度が閾値を超えたときに、前記バルブが閉じていた場合に、ユーザに警告するように構成された、
手術機器。 - 請求項1~請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピースを備える手術機器と;
患者の関節内の生理食塩水の温度を監視するように構成された関節内温度センサと;を備え、
前記バルブ位置センシング回路は、患者の関節内の生理食塩水の前記温度が閾値を超えたときに、前記バルブが閉じている場合に、ユーザに警告するように構成された、
手術システム。 - 請求項1~請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のハンドピースと;
シャフト及びエンドエフェクタを備える切断用付属品であって、前記シャフトの近位端は前記ハンドピースの前記遠位端と結合しており、及び、前記シャフトの遠位端は前記エンドエフェクタと結合している、前記切断用付属品と;を備え、
前記吸引ルーメンは、前記シャフトを通って前記エンドエフェクタまで更に延在する、
手術機器。 - 請求項13に記載の手術機器を備え、
前記手術機器は、RF構成要素を有する電気手術機器であり、
前記バルブ位置センシング回路は、前記RF構成要素が使用されているときに、記バルブが閉じている場合に、ユーザに警告するように構成された、
電気手術機器。 - RF電気手術ジェネレータと;
請求項13に記載の手術機器であって、前記手術機器は電気手術機器であり、使用時に前記RF電気手術ジェネレータはRF凝固又はアブレーション信号を前記エンドエフェクタに供給するように構成された、前記手術機器と;
前記吸引ルーメンに流動的に接続された吸引源と;を備える、
電気手術システム。
