Description

The present invention relates to a suspended scaffolding installation structure used for installing a suspended scaffolding on a beam at a construction site or the like.

In Patent Document 1, a suspension scaffold configured for an H-shaped steel beam in which the suspending locking portion can be locked to the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam is provided. A suspension scaffold installation structure suspended on an H-shaped steel beam in a state of being locked to the upper flange is described. With the above-mentioned suspension scaffold installation structure, the suspension scaffold can be easily suspended on the H-shaped structure beam at the construction site, and the suspension scaffold can be installed at any position in the beam length direction of the H-shaped steel beam. Since it can be suspended, it can contribute to labor saving and shortening of construction period in the field work.

Tokushu Kohei 04-066431 (Fig. 3 etc.)

However, since the suspension locking portion of the suspension scaffold is directly locked to the beam, the suspension locking portion cannot be locked to the beam depending on the structure and shape of the beam of the building. The suspended scaffold cannot be hung on the beam. Further, depending on the size of the beam, for example, when the beam width of the beam of the building is very large, the suspended scaffold cannot be suspended at an appropriate position in the beam width direction of the beam.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the main problem thereof is to appropriately suspend the suspended scaffolding on the beam regardless of the specifications (structure, shape, size, etc.) of the beam of the building. The point is to provide a suspended scaffolding installation structure that enables efficient work.

The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a suspension scaffold installation structure in which a suspension scaffold having a suspension locking portion and a scaffold plate is suspended on a beam of a building.
A plurality of carry-out members attached to the upper surface of the beam and extending in the beam width direction of the beam, and
A support member that is erected over the tips of the plurality of carry-out members and extends in the beam length direction of the beam is provided.
The support member is configured such that the suspension locking portions of the suspension scaffold can be locked freely at a plurality of positions in the extending direction thereof.
The point is that the suspension scaffold is suspended from the beam via the carry-out member and the support member in a state where the suspension locking portion is locked to the support member.

According to this configuration, the suspension scaffold is indirectly suspended from the beam via the take-out member and the support member in a state where the suspension locking portion is locked to the support member, so that the suspension locking portion is suspended. It is possible to suspend the suspended scaffolding even for beams with specifications that cannot be directly locked. Moreover, since the support member to which the locking portion for suspension is locked is taken out in the beam width direction by the carry-out member, the suspension scaffold can be suspended at an appropriate position in the beam width direction according to the specifications of the beam. .. Since the support member can be locked at a plurality of positions in the extending direction of the support member for suspending the suspension scaffold, the suspension scaffold can be placed at a position suitable for work in the beam length direction at the construction site. It can be hung on the ground to work efficiently.
Therefore, regardless of the specifications of the beam of the building, the suspended scaffolding can be appropriately suspended on the beam to perform the work efficiently.

The second characteristic configuration of the present invention is a suspension scaffold for an H-shaped steel beam in which the suspension scaffold is configured such that the suspension locking portion can be freely locked to the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam.
The support member is made of H-shaped steel.
The tip of the carry-out member is connected to a portion below the upper flange of the support member made of H-shaped steel.

According to this configuration, while the suspended scaffold is a suspended scaffold for H-shaped steel beams, the support member is made of H-shaped steel, and the tip of the carry-out member is made of H-shaped steel. Since it is connected to the part below the upper flange of the member, the suspension scaffold for the H-shaped steel beam is suspended over the entire length of the upper flange of the support member made of H-shaped steel without being disturbed by the carry-out member. The locking portion can be locked.
Therefore, the position of the suspended scaffolding in the beam length direction at the construction site can be adjusted more precisely, and the work can be performed more efficiently.

In the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the end portion of the support member is located outside the outer surface of the column-beam joint in the beam width direction, and outside the end surface of the beam in the beam length direction. The point is that the suspension scaffold is suspended from the overhanging portion to the position corresponding to the column-beam joint portion of the above.

According to this configuration, for example, the support member while avoiding interference between the support member and the reinforcing bar for joining with the column on the upper floor projecting from the upper part of the precast concrete beam-column joint. Can be extended to the position corresponding to the column-beam joint. Then, using the suspension scaffold suspended from the overhanging portion, the joining work of the column-beam joint from the position corresponding to the column-beam joint (for example, the precast concrete column-beam joint). Filling of grout into the joint, etc.) can be performed efficiently.

In the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a wall component mounting fastener for mounting the lower end portion of the wall component that constitutes the wall of the building is embedded and fixed on the upper surface of the beam.
The carry-out member is attached to the wall component mounting fastener.

According to this configuration, the take-out member can be attached to the upper surface of the beam by utilizing the fastener for attaching the wall component for attaching the lower end of the wall component, and the suspended scaffold can be hung on the beam easily, stably and reliably. Can be set up.

An embodiment of the suspended scaffolding installation structure of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the suspension scaffold installation structure is a structure in which a suspension scaffold 2 having a suspension locking portion 21 and a scaffold plate 22 is suspended on a beam 11 of a building 1 at a construction site. In the illustrated example, when the suspended scaffolding 2 is suspended using the suspended scaffolding installation structure at the construction site for constructing the outer peripheral frame of the building 1 composed of the reinforced concrete beam 11, the column 12, and the column-beam joint portion 14. Is shown.

At this construction site, as shown in FIG. 4, two column-beam joints of the beam 11 for two spans and the column-beam joint 14 at one end side and the middle portion in the beam length direction Y. 14A and 14B are integrally configured as a beam-side precast concrete member P1, and are joined to a column-side precast concrete member P2 composed of columns 12 to construct an outer peripheral frame. In the present embodiment, the suspension scaffolding 2 is preliminarily grounded on the outside of the building of the beam-side precast concrete member P1 by the suspension scaffolding installation structure, and the construction work is performed by weighting with a crane or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the suspended scaffold 2 has a joint portion A between the lower end surfaces of the column-beam joints 14A and 14B of the beam-side precast concrete member P1 and the upper end surface of the column-side precast concrete member P2, and the beam side. A hardener such as a grout is applied to the joint portion B between the side surface of the column-beam joint 14A of the precast concrete member P1 and the end surface of the beam 11 of another beam side precast concrete member P1 from the outside of the building. It is used to perform the joining work of filling and joining.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the suspended scaffolding installation structure includes a plurality of steel-framed take-out members 3 attached to the upper surface of the reinforced concrete beam 11 and extending in the beam width direction X of the beam 11. A steel-framed support member 4 that is erected over the tip of the take-out member 3 and extends in the beam length direction Y of the beam 11 is provided. Then, the suspension scaffold 2 is suspended from the reinforced concrete beam 11 via the take-out member 3 and the support member 4 in a state where the suspension locking portion 21 is locked to the steel frame support member 4.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the suspended scaffolding 2 includes four vertical frames 23 arranged at each corner of a plan-viewing quadrangle and a plurality of connecting frames 24 for connecting adjacent vertical frames 23 to each other. And are prepared. Then, the scaffolding plate 22 is supported by the four lowermost connecting frames 24 constituting each side of the plan view quadrangle. Further, the upper ends of the two vertical frames 23 arranged on the beam 11 side are provided with a long bolt 25 protruding toward the beam 11 side (building interior side) in the beam width direction X, and hooked to the long bolt 25. The hanging locking portion 21 is screwed into the shape.

The suspension locking portion 21 can be locked to the flange of the H-shaped steel, and further, the position of the long bolt 25 in the length direction is changed according to the size of the H-shaped steel. Therefore, it can be locked to H-shaped steels of various sizes. That is, the suspension scaffold 2 is configured as a suspension scaffold for an H-shaped steel beam in which the suspension locking portion 21 is freely locked to the upper flange of the H-shaped steel beam. Further, the suspension scaffold 2 is configured as a suspension scaffold unit in which a vertical frame 23, a connecting frame 24, a scaffold plate 22, and a suspension locking portion 21 are foldably assembled in advance.

The carry-out member 3 is a steel frame member made of channel steel that is attached to the upper surface of the reinforced concrete beam 11 and extends in the beam width direction X of the beam 11, and the base end portion on the inner side of the building is the upper surface of the reinforced concrete beam 11. The tip of the building is attached to the support member 4. A plurality of (four in the illustrated example) carry-out members 3 are provided at positions separated from the column-beam joint portion 14 at intervals in the beam length direction Y.

In the present embodiment, the wall component mounting fastener 16 is embedded and fixed on the upper surface of the reinforced concrete beam 11, and the wall component mounting fastener 16 is used as a temporary mounting member to carry out the carry-out member 3. The base end on the inside of the building is attached.

As shown in FIG. 6, the wall component mounting fastener 16 is for mounting the wall component 15 that constitutes the wall of the building 1 in the exterior material installation process or the like after the construction process, and is shown in FIG. As described above, for example, the anchor 16a, the embedded plate 16b embedded and fixed in the beam 11 by the anchor 16a, and the bolt shaft portion of the mounting bolt 16d inserted from below into the embedded plate 16b are moved upward from the upper surface of the beam 11. It is configured to include a protruding mounting bolt 16d or the like.

Then, as shown in FIG. 6, in the exterior material installation process, the mounting member 17 bolted to the curtain wall sash, which is an example of the wall component 15, is attached to the mounting bolt 16d of the wall component mounting fastener 16 and the nut. By tightening and fixing with N, the curtain wall sash is attached to the upper surface of the beam 11. The wall component 15 constituting the wall of the building 1 is not limited to the curtain wall sash described above, but may be a wall body made of precast concrete or the like, and the area surrounded by the columns 12 and the beams 11 may be used. It may be various members constituting the wall to be closed.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pair of mounting plates 31 projecting from the lower flange 32 of the carry-out member 3 to both outer sides in the width direction of the carry-out member 3 are provided at the base end portion of the carry-out member 3 on the inner side of the building. Be prepared. Bolt holes (not shown) are formed through each mounting plate 31, and nuts are inserted into the mounting bolts from above with the mounting bolts 16d of the fastener 16 for mounting wall components inserted through the bolt holes from below. By screwing N, the carry-out member 3 is attached to the beam 11.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the support member 4 is a steel frame member made of H-shaped steel that is erected over the tip portions of a plurality of carry-out members 3 on the outer side of the building and extends in the beam length direction Y of the beam 11. As shown in FIG. 3, the take-out member 3 is taken out to the outside of the building with a gap between the beam 11 and the beam-column joint 14, and is outside the beam 11 and the beam-column joint 14. It is placed in an appropriate position suitable for joining work on the outside of the building rather than the side surface (side surface on the outside of the building).

Further, the support member 4 is configured such that the suspension locking portions 21 of the suspension scaffold 2 can be locked freely at a plurality of positions in the extending direction (beam length direction Y) thereof. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the height dimension of the support member 4 is configured to be larger than the height dimension of the carry-out member 3 (about twice in this embodiment), and the carry-out member 3 and the support member 3 are configured. With the lower ends aligned with 4, the tip of the take-out member 3 is joined to a portion below the upper flange 41 of the support member 4 by welding or the like.

Therefore, the upper flange 41 of the support member 4 can be arranged at a position higher than the upper end of the carry-out member 3 over the entire length of the support member 4 in the extending direction (beam length direction Y), and can be placed on the carry-out member 3. The suspension locking portion 21 of the suspension scaffold 2 can be locked at a desired position in the extending direction (beam length direction Y) of the support member 4 without being disturbed.

Further, the end portion of the support member 4 is located outside the building in the beam width direction X from the outer surface (side surface outside the building) of the column-beam joint portion 14, and from both end faces of the beam 11 in the beam length direction Y. Is extended to a position corresponding to the outer beam-column joints 14A and 14B, and the suspension scaffold 2 is suspended from the overhanging portions 4A and 4B.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the beam 11 is formed from a position where the length of the support member 4 in the extending direction (beam length direction Y) corresponds to the column-beam joint portion 14A on one end side of the beam 11. The length is set to the position corresponding to the beam-column joint portion 14B in the middle portion on the other end side of the above. In the portion 4A of the support member 4 overhanging to the beam-column joint 14A on one end side, the two carry-out members 3 are adjacent to one side (right side in the figure) of the beam-column joint 14A. It is arranged in a cantilevered state and overhangs, and the hanging scaffold 2 is hung. On the other hand, the portion 4B of the support member 4 overhanging the beam-column joint 14B in the middle is located on both sides (left side and right side in the figure) of the two carry-out members 3 sandwiching the beam-column joint 14B. The suspended scaffolding 2 is suspended by being separately arranged and overhanging.

Therefore, the operator uses the suspension scaffolding 2 suspended from the overhanging portions 4A and 4B of the support member 4 from the position corresponding to the column-beam joint portion 14A and 14B to the column-beam joint portion 14A, The joining work of 14B to the joining portions A and B can be efficiently performed.

Further, in this suspended scaffold installation structure, as shown in FIG. 5, at a position between the suspended scaffolds 2 (not shown) in the extending direction (beam length direction Y) of the support member 4, to the outside of the building. An external curing unit 5 for waterproofing the scattering can also be supported.

The external curing unit 5 includes a strut portion 51 arranged in a gap between the support member 4 and the beam 11, and a net mounting frame portion 52 extending from the upper end of the strut portion 51 to the outside of the building along the beam width direction X. And a curing net 53 hanging from the tip of the net mounting frame portion 52. Then, by locking the clamp-shaped locking portion 51a of the support column 51 arranged in the gap between the support member 4 and the beam 11 to the upper flange 41 of the support member 4 from the inside of the building, the suspension scaffold 2 In addition, the external curing unit 5 can also be supported by the beam 11 via the take-out member 3 and the support member 4.

As described above, according to this suspension scaffolding installation structure, even if the beam 11 of the building 1 has specifications other than the H-shaped steel beam in which the suspension locking portion 21 cannot be directly locked, the carry-out member 3 and The suspension scaffold 2 can be suspended via the support member 4.
Moreover, since the support member 4 to which the suspension locking portion 21 is locked is taken out in the beam width direction X by the carry-out member 3, the suspension scaffold 2 is held at an appropriate beam width direction X according to the specifications of the beam 11. Can be suspended.
Then, since the suspension locking portion 21 of the suspension scaffold 2 can be locked at a desired position in the extending direction (beam length direction Y) of the support member 4, the suspension scaffold 2 can be locked in the beam length direction Y. It can be hung at a position suitable for work and work can be done efficiently.
Further, since the external curing unit 5 can be supported by the beam 11 in addition to the suspended scaffold 2, it is not necessary to separately provide a structure for supporting the external curing unit 5, and the external curing unit 5 can be used to the outside of the building. The work can be performed using the suspended scaffold 2 in a state where scattering is prevented.
