Claims (7)
- 発電のための流量が内部に通過される管路(22)の中央に貫通される駆動軸(2)と、
前記駆動軸(2)を支持しながら回転自在に設置され、前記管路(22)の内側面に向かってアーム(6)が延長される管路支持台本体(4)と、
前記管路支持台本体(4)の間で前記駆動軸(2)に固定されて流量移動によって回転されるプロペラ(7)と、
前記管路支持台本体(4)の間で前記駆動軸(2)とともに回転される内歯(8)と、
前記内歯(8)に動力伝達手段を通じて回転力が伝達されて前記管路(22)の外部でシャフト(15)とともに駆動される外歯(13)と、
前記外歯(13)とシャフト(15)の回転力が伝達されて電気を発電させる発電機(10)と、を含んで構成される管路タービンユニット(100)を少なくとも2つ以上多段に直列配置されることを特徴とする管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。 - 前記管路(22)の下端部には蛇腹管構造からなるフレキシブル管(18)がさらに延設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。
- 前記各管路支持台本体(4)の各先端部位置には前記駆動軸(2)と一体に結合された圧力支持台(3)が設置され、
前記管路支持台本体(4)と前記圧力支持台(3)との接触部の間にはスラストベアリング(26)が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。 - 前記複数の管路タービンユニット(100)が多段に連続配置されるその外側には補助管路システム(200)がさらに設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。
- 前記補助管路システム(200)は、
補助管路(33)と、
シリンダー装置(31)によって前記管路タービンユニット(100)の方と前記補助管路(33)の方に位置転換される管路転換弁(30)によって流路を転換させる管路転換弁本体(35)と、をさらに含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。 - 前記補助管路システム(200)は、
前記管路転換弁本体(35)の上方で前記管路(22)及び補助管路(33)にそれぞれ連結される2つのドレーン管路(29)(34)と、
前記管路転換弁本体(35)の下方で前記管路(22)及び補助管路(33)にそれぞれ連結される2つの充填管路(32)(36)と、
前記2つのドレーン管路(29)(34)から選択的に水はドレーンするように連結される排出導水管(44)と、
前記2つの充填管路(32)(36)に選択的に水を充填させるように連結される充填導水管(42)と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。 - 前記管路支持台本体(4)のアーム(6)は平板状にして、流線に抵抗する断面積は最小化し、軸方向の長さは前記管路(22)の半径より大きい長さにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管路タービンを利用した水力発電装置。
