Abstract
Description

この方法は、以下の工程を含む:

図1は、ルーフ基材(1)と、接着剤層(3)を介してルーフ基材の表面に直接的に結合されるルーフィング膜(2)とを含む本発明による接着ルーフシステムの断面図を示す。そして、それは接着剤層(3)を通してルーフ基材の表面に直接結合される。接着剤層(3)が、ルーフィング膜(2)の破れ目を通して漏洩する水(w)と接触した後、接着剤層(3)は、高吸収性ポリマー粒子中への水の吸収によって膨張し始める。膨張が続くと、接着剤層(3)は、浸透水に対するシーリングプラグを形成する。また、接着剤層(3)中の着色顔料の存在のため、シーリングプラグの存在及び位置は、ルーフィング膜(2)の上部表面上で可視化する。
試験される接着剤組成物は、適切な混合装置を備えた従来の容器を使用して、成分を互いに混合することによって調製した。参照及び例示的な接着剤組成物の組成を表2に示す。
視覚点検によって漏洩を検出することができる接着ルーフシステムを提供するための試験される接着剤組成物の適合性は、ガラスプレートと、試験される接着剤組成物を使用してガラスプレートの表面に接着されたSarnafil G410−15 PVCルーフィング膜の細片とを含む複合試験片用いて試験された。
視覚点検によって漏洩を検出することができる接着ルーフシステムを提供するための試験される接着剤組成物の適合性は、以下の手順を使用して試験された。
接着ルーフシステムを提供するための接着剤組成物の適合性は、試験される接着剤組成物を使用して細片が接着された合板基材の表面からのSarnafil G410−15 PVCルーフィング膜の細片の剥離時に得られる平均的剥離抵抗を測定することによって試験された。Sarnafilルーフィング膜の細片は、複合試験片の調製に関して上記されたものと類似の手順を使用して、合板基材に接着された。剥離抵抗測定は、90°剥離デバイスを備えたZwick引張試験装置を使用して実行した。
Claims (20)
- すべて接着剤組成物の全重量に基づく割合で、以下を含む接着剤組成物:
(a)40〜90重量%の少なくとも一の有機溶媒、
(b)5〜50重量%の少なくとも一のエラストマー、
(c)1.5〜40重量%の少なくとも一の粉末状高吸収性ポリマー、及び
(d)0.1〜15重量%の少なくとも一の着色顔料。 - 少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が、蛍光性顔料及び燐光性顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 少なくとも一つの前記有機溶媒が、40以下、好ましくは30以下のDIN 53170:2009−08規格に従って決定した相対蒸発速度を有し、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記エラストマーが、クロロプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴム、アクリルニトリルゴム、天然ゴム、ポリイソブチレン、及びポリウレタンゴムからなる群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 少なくとも一つの前記粉末状高吸収性ポリマーが、前記接着剤組成物の全重量に基づき、3〜20重量%、好ましくは3〜15重量%の量で前記接着剤組成物中に存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 少なくとも一つの前記エラストマーが、少なくとも一つの前記有機溶媒中に実質的に完全に溶解しており、かつ/又は前記接着剤組成物が、前記接着剤組成物の全重量に基づき、5重量%以下、好ましくは3.5重量%以下の水を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 以下の工程を含む、接着ルーフシステムの調製方法:
(I)請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物をルーフ基材の表面の少なくとも一部に適用し、接着剤の第1の連続湿潤膜を形成すること、
(II)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有するルーフィング膜を提供し、かつ請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物を前記ルーフィング膜の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部に適用し、接着剤の第2の連続湿潤膜を形成すること、
(III)前記接着剤の前記湿潤膜中に含まれる少なくとも一つの有機溶媒を少なくとも部分的に蒸発させて、接触結合のために適した少なくとも部分的に乾燥させた第1及び第2の接着剤膜を形成すること、
(IV)少なくとも部分的に乾燥させた前記第1の接着剤膜を少なくとも部分的に乾燥させた前記第2の接着剤膜と接触させて、前記ルーフィング膜と前記ルーフ基材との間に接着結合を形成すること。 - ルーフ基材と、第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有するルーフィング膜とを含む接着ルーフシステムであって、少なくとも一つの着色顔料及び少なくとも一つの粉末状高吸収性ポリマーを含む無水接着剤組成物を使用して、前記ルーフィング膜の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部を前記ルーフ基材の表面に接着させる、接着ルーフシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が、前記ルーフィング膜の前記第1の主要外側表面の色とは異なる色を有するように選択され、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が、蛍光性顔料及び燐光性顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の接着ルーフシステム。
- 前記ルーフィング膜の前記第2の主要外側表面の面積の少なくとも75%、好ましくは少なくとも85%が、前記無水接着剤組成物を使用することによって形成される接着剤層を介して、前記ルーフ基材の前記表面に直接結合する、請求項7又は8に記載の接着ルーフシステム。
- すべて前記無水接着剤組成物の全重量に基づく割合で、少なくとも一つの前記粉末状高吸収性ポリマーが、1.5〜40重量%、好ましくは1.5〜35重量%の量で前記無水接着剤組成物中に存在し、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が、0.1〜15重量%、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%の量で前記無水接着剤組成物中に存在する、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の接着ルーフシステム。
- 前記無水接着剤組成物が、好ましくは、40以下、好ましくは30以下のDIN 53170:2009−08規格に従って決定した相対蒸発速度を有する少なくとも一つの有機溶媒、及び/又は少なくとも一つのエラストマーをさらに含む、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着ルーフシステム。
- 前記無水接着剤組成物が、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物である、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の接着ルーフシステム。
- 視覚点検手段によって接着ルーフシステム中の漏洩の検出を可能にするための、無水接着剤組成物中での少なくとも一つの着色顔料の使用であって、前記接着ルーフシステムが以下を含む、使用:
(i)ルーフ基材、及び
(ii)第1及び第2の主要外側表面を有するルーフィング膜、
ここで、少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料及び少なくとも一つの粉末状高吸収性ポリマーを含む前記無水接着剤組成物を使用することによって形成される接着剤層を介して、前記ルーフィング膜の前記第2の主要外側表面の少なくとも一部を前記ルーフ基材の表面に接着させる。 - 少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が前記ルーフィング膜の前記第1の主要外側表面の色とは異なる色を有する、請求項13に記載の使用。
- 前記接着剤層が、前記ルーフィング膜中の割れ目を通して漏洩する水と接触した後に膨張し始め、かつシーリングプラグを形成し、このシーリングプラグの存在及び位置が、前記膜の前記第1の主要外側表面の視覚点検によって検出可能である、請求項14又は15に記載の使用。
- 前記ルーフィング膜の前記第2の主要外側表面の面積の少なくとも75%、好ましくは少なくとも85%が、前記無水接着剤組成物を使用することによって形成される前記接着剤層を介して、前記ルーフ基材の前記表面に直接結合する、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記少なくとも1つの着色顔料が、蛍光性顔料及び燐光性顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- すべて前記無水接着剤組成物の全重量に基づく割合で、少なくとも一つの前記粉末状高吸収性ポリマーが、1.5〜40重量%、好ましくは1.5〜35重量%の量で前記無水接着剤組成物中に存在し、かつ/又は少なくとも一つの前記着色顔料が、0.1〜15重量%、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%の量で前記無水接着剤組成物中に存在する、請求項13〜17のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記無水接着剤組成物が、好ましくは、40以下、好ましくは30以下のDIN 53170:2009−08規格に従って決定した相対蒸発速度を有する少なくとも一つの有機溶媒、及び/又は少なくとも一つのエラストマーをさらに含む、請求項13〜18のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記接着ルーフシステムが、請求項6に記載の方法を使用することによって得られる、請求項13〜19のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
