Claims (20)
- バイオマスを含む汚泥床を収納する上向流生物反応器(1)、外部分離器(2)、および調整タンク(12)を備える設備において、生分解性有機物質を含む水性流体を処理する方法であって、
前記調整タンク(12)内で前記水性流体を処理するステップと、その後に、
前記水性流体を前記調整タンク(12)から前記生物反応器の下部中に送給し、前記送給された流体をバイオマスと接触させ、それによって前記生分解性有機物質からバイオガスを形成するステップと、
前記バイオマスと接触させた前記流体を、前記生物反応器の上部から抜き取るステップであって、前記抜き取られた流体がバイオマスを含む、ステップと、
前記生物反応器の前記上部から抜き取られた、前記バイオマスを含む前記水性流体を、傾斜内部構造が設けられた分離チャンバを含む前記外部分離器(2)中に送給するステップであって、前記バイオマスを含む前記水性流体が、バイオマス含有量が低減、またはバイオマスを実質的に含まない液相と、バイオマスに富んだ流体相とに分離される、ステップと、
バイオマスに富んだ前記流体相を前記外部分離器から前記生物反応器へ戻すステップと、

を含む、方法。 - 前記生物反応器は、粒状汚泥床(GSB)を備え、前記GSBは、嫌気性微生物を含み、前記生分解性有機物質は、前記嫌気性微生物にて変換され、それによってバイオガスを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。

バイオマスを含む流体相から液相を分離するように配設された、傾斜内部構造が設けられた分離チャンバを備える、外部分離器(2)であって、生物反応器(1)から水性流体を抜き取るための導管(6)の入口(5)に接続された水性流体用の入口(4)と、水性流体用の出口(7a)と、バイオマスに富んだ流体用の出口(8)と、導管(10)を経由する、生物反応器(1)のバイオマスに富んだ流体用の入口(9)とを備える、外部分離器(2)と、
前記水性流体を事前処理する調整タンク(12)であって、廃水(13)用の入口と、導管(16)を介する前記生物反応器の入口(15)に接続された前記水性流体用の出口(14)と、前記外部分離器(2)から前記調整タンク(12)への液相用の戻りライン(37)と、バイオガス用の出口とを備える、調整タンク(12)と、
を備える、設備。 - 流入物を前記生物反応器および再循環ポンプ(11)中に導入する流入物分配システム(15)を備え、前記流入物分配システム(15)は、反応器表面領域に亘って前記水性流体の少なくとも実質的に均等な分配をもたらすように配設されている、請求項8に記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器(1)は、固形物を含む水性流体からバイオガスを分離するように配設された、前記生物反応器の上部に位置する内部分離器(3)を備える、請求項8または9に記載の設備。
- 前記内部分離器(3)は、バッフル、ディフレクタ、漏斗、および傾斜プレート沈降器、好ましくはバッフルまたはディフレクタ、からなる群から選択される気液分離器である、請求項10に記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器(1)は、固形物に富んだ前記流体を前記外部分離器(2)から前記生物反応器(1)へ戻すための前記導管(10)中にバイオガスを注入する構成とされたバイオガス注入器(23)に接続されている内部バイオガス収集器(22)を備える、請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記外部分離器(2)は、前記生物反応器(1)の出口(30)に接続されるとともに、任意選択的に、導管(33)を介して調整タンク(12)の入口(31)に接続された出口(29)を備え、前記導管は、ポンプ、好ましくはねじポンプを備える、請求項8から12のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 保全、洗浄または交換のために外部分離器(2)を隔離するために、前記導管(10)はバルブ(28)を備え、導管(6)はバルブ(27)を備える、請求項8から13のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器は、上向流粒状汚泥床反応器である、請求項8から14のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器は、拡張粒状汚泥床反応器である、請求項15に記載の設備。
- 前記外部分離器は、特に床上で、前記生物反応器の前記底と約同等の高さ、またはその下に配置されている、請求項8から14のいずれかに記載の設備。
- 前記生物反応器(1)は、固形物に富んだ前記流体を前記外部分離器(2)から前記生物反応器(1)へ戻すための前記導管(10)中にバイオガスを注入する構成とされたバイオガス注入器(23)に接続された内部バイオガス収集器(22)を備え、固形物に富んだ前記流体を戻すための前記導管(10)には、戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する出口(9)が設けられ、戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する前記出口(9)は、前記バイオガス注入器(23)より高い位置にある、請求項17に記載の設備。
- 戻された前記流体を前記生物反応器中に排出する出口(9)は、前記生物反応器の中央部内または下部内にある、請求項18に記載の設備。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法を用いた、請求項8から19のいずれかに記載の設備の使用。
