Claims (25)
- 窓を有して形成されたハウジングと、

前記ハウジングまたは前記切削要素に結合され、前記撮像センサと動作的に通信するアクチュエータと、
を備える、外科用デバイス。 - 前記アクチュエータが、前記窓と前記撮像センサの撮像方向とを位置合わせする働きをする、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記ハウジング内へ組織を引き込むように構成された方向性吸込み源を備え、前記アクチュエータが、前記方向性吸込み源と前記撮像センサの撮像方向の面とを位置合わせする働きをする、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記切削要素が、直線運動で可動である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記切削要素が、非直線運動で可動である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記ハウジングが、回転可能な螺旋状要素に結合され、前記螺旋状要素の回転が、前記ハウジングの直線運動を生じさせる、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記螺旋状要素が、可曲性部材の屈曲に応答して非直線経路に沿って可動であるように前記可曲性部材に結合される、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記振動源に結合された組織硬度検出器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 硬度が閾値を上回らない場合に、前記振動源が、組織切削を可能にしないように振幅を減少させる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 組織硬度検出器をさらに備え、硬度が閾値を上回らない場合に、前記組織硬度検出器が、前記吸込み源に干渉する干渉デバイスを作動させて、前記吸込み源が前記ハウジング内へ組織を引き込むことを可能にしない、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記干渉デバイスが、前記組織を前記ハウジングから排出するように前記吸込み源の吸込みに対抗する液体または加圧ガスを圧入するソレノイドを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記螺旋状要素が、前記切削部分に結合されたシャフト上で摺動可能である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記螺旋状要素の螺旋部が、径方向外方に拡張可能である、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記螺旋状要素が、前記撮像センサまたは別の撮像センサに結合される、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記切削要素の真空負荷レベルの変化または偏差を測定するように構成されたアクチュエータセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータの負荷の変化を測定するように構成されたアクチュエータセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記切削要素における質量流量または前記切削要素の近傍の質量流量の変化を測定するように構成されたアクチュエータセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 前記切削要素の力、偏向、または出力と前記アクチュエータの力、偏向、または出力との間の差を測定するように構成されたアクチュエータセンサを備える、請求項1に記載の外科用デバイス。
- 振動性切削要素の周りに配置された螺旋状切削要素を備える、外科用デバイス。
