Claims (22)
- ハイブリッド機械(200)とトランスミッション構成体(900)とを備えた、車両のためのハイブリッドシステム(100)であって、
前記トランスミッション構成体(900)が、トランスミッションハウジング(160)と入力シャフト(136)と出力シャフト(112)とを備え、
更に、前記トランスミッション構成体(900)が、第1の遊星ギアセット(102)と第2の遊星ギアセット(104)と第3の遊星ギアセット(106)とを備え、
前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)と前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)と前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)との各々が、第1の遊星部材と第2の遊星部材と第3の遊星部材とを備え、前記遊星部材が、太陽ギアと遊星キャリアとリングギアとであり、
更に、前記トランスミッション構成体(900)が、6つの前進ギア段を実現するための、2つの組み合わせにより係合可能な5つのシフト要素(138、142、144、146、150)を備える、ハイブリッドシステム(100)において、
前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)のリングギア(102R)と、前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)の遊星キャリア(104P)とが互いに動作可能に接続され、
前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)のリングギア(104R)と、前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の遊星キャリア(106P)とが互いに動作可能に接続され、
前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の2つの前記遊星部材が、前記シフト要素のうちの1つ(150)により互いに選択的に接続可能であり、
前記ハイブリッド機械(200)と、前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)の前記リングギア(102R)とが互いに接続された、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッドシステム(100)。 - 前記トランスミッション構成体(900)の前記出力シャフト(112)に動作可能に接続された追加のトランスミッション構成体(600)を更に備える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記追加のトランスミッション構成体(600)が、前記出力シャフト(112)に動作可能に接続された第1のギアホイール(602)と、前記トランスミッション構成体(900)からのトルクを、前記出力シャフト(112)と比較して垂直方向に低い位置まで導くために、前記第1のギアホイール(602)とかみ合って接続するように構成された第2のギアホイール(604)とを備える、請求項2に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記出力シャフト(112)が、前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)の遊星キャリア(102P)に動作可能に接続された、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記入力シャフト(136)が、前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の太陽ギア(106S)に接続された、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記トランスミッション構成体(900)が、太陽ギア(108S)と遊星キャリア(108P)とリングギア(108R)とを備える第4の遊星ギアセット(108)を更に備え、前記第4の遊星ギアセット(108)が、前記入力シャフト(136)と前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記太陽ギア(106S)との間に動作可能に接続された、請求項5に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記入力シャフト(136)が、前記第4の遊星ギアセット(108)の前記太陽ギア(108S)に動作可能に接続された、請求項6に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記入力シャフト(136)が、前記第4の遊星ギアセット(108)の前記遊星キャリア(108P)に選択的に接続可能である、請求項6または7に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第4の遊星ギアセット(108)の前記リングギア(108R)が、前記トランスミッションハウジング(160)に選択的に接続可能である、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第4の遊星ギアセット(108)の前記遊星キャリア(108P)が、前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記太陽ギア(106S)に動作可能に接続された、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記太陽ギア(106S)とリングギア(106R)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記太陽ギア(106S)と前記遊星キャリア(106P)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記5つのシフト要素が、2つのロック機構(138、142)と3つの接続機構(144、146、150)とを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)の太陽ギア(102S)と前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)の太陽ギア(104S)とが互いに動作可能に接続された、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第1の遊星ギアセット(102)の前記太陽ギア(102S)と前記トランスミッションハウジング(160)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)の前記太陽ギア(104S)と前記トランスミッションハウジング(160)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)の前記遊星キャリア(104P)と前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記リングギア(106R)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記リングギア(106R)と前記トランスミッションハウジング(160)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
- 前記第3の遊星ギアセット(106)の前記太陽ギア(106S)と前記第2の遊星ギアセット(104)の前記遊星キャリア(104P)とが互いに選択的に接続可能である、請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドシステム(100)。
