Claims (17)
- 医療バルブ組立体用のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記バルブコンポーネントは、バルブ組立体ハウジング内での位置決め用の変形可能本体を備え、前記変形可能本体は、内部に1つ又はそれ以上の医療器具を収容するための導管、及び前記導管の表面に形成した1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋溝を有し、前記1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋溝は、導管表面から変形可能本体内で延在している、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記導管は前記本体の基端部から前記本体の末端部まで延在し、前記1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋溝は、前記導管表面から前記変形可能本体内に延在して、前記導管内に配置する1つ又はそれ以上の医療器具に接触するための1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋状の接触表面を画定する、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1又は2記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記接触表面に複数の螺旋溝を画定する、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記接触表面に3つの螺旋溝を画定する、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記変形可能材料は、5〜20のショアA硬度を有する、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記バルブコンポーネントは止血バルブに使用する、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋溝のピッチは2〜10mmの範囲内である、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントにおいて、前記1つ又はそれ以上の螺旋溝の螺旋ベーン直径は2〜10mmの範囲内である、バルブコンポーネント。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブコンポーネントを備えるバルブ組立体において、さらに、バルブ組立体ハウジングを備え、前記ハウジングは、前記変形可能本体を押し込んで圧縮状態にし得る、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項9記載のバルブ組立体において、前記変形可能本体はハウジングに対して1〜15%だけ過大な外側寸法を有する、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項9又は10記載のバルブ組立体において、前記本体及び前記ハウジングはそれぞれ円筒形であり、前記本体の外径は前記ハウジングの内径に対して1〜15%大きい、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項9〜11のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブ組立体において、前記変形可能本体は第1変形可能本体であり、内部に1つ又はそれ以上の医療器具を収容するための導管を有する第2変形可能本体を設け、前記第1及び第2の変形可能本体の導管は共通軸線を有する、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項12記載のバルブ組立体において、前記第2変形可能本体の導管は、前記1つ又はそれ以上の医療器具を導入し易くするため、導入端部に拡開開口を有する、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項12又は13記載のバルブ組立体において、前記第2変形可能本体の導管は、前記1つ又はそれ以上の医療器具を導入し易くするため、導入端部にテーパー付き開口を有する、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項12、13又は14記載のバルブ組立体において、前記第1及び第2の変形可能本体は、それらの導管が整列するよう前記ハウジング内で互いに衝合する、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項9〜15のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブ組立体において、前記バルブ組立体ハウジング及び/又は変形可能本体の壁はテーパー付きにし、前記変形可能本体の前記ハウジング内での移動する際に前記変形可能本体の可変圧縮を可能にする、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項9〜16のうちいずれか1項記載のバルブ組立体において、さらに、前記バルブを開閉するための巾着縫合糸を備える、バルブ組立体。
