Abstract
Description
一、高速磁気浮上列車の三相給電を実現し、給電パワーを一定に維持し、電網にて負のシーケンスを発生させることはない。
二、集電舟と給電レールとの間の接触力が集電舟の重力に等しく、このため、接触力を発生させるように他の機構を追加する必要がない。
三、磁気浮上列車の左右、上下の2つの方向からの波動や振動による集電舟と給電レールとの接触受電への影響を解消し、ショートステータ駆動型磁気浮上列車が高速磁気浮上線路に適用できるようにし、ロングステータ駆動型磁気浮上列車に比べて、投資を大幅に節約し、コストパフォーマンスを向上させる。
四、技術が先進的であり、性能が優れ、実施されやすい。

Claims (6)
- 給電レール、集電舟、ケーブルを備える磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置であって、
磁気浮上列車のボギーの中央部にはビーム(1)が設けられ、ビーム(1)の下面の左、中、右には3組の縦方向の軸受け台(2)が設けられ、それに対応して左絶縁スリーブ(3)、中絶縁スリーブ(4)、及び右絶縁スリーブ(5)が設けられ、絶縁スリーブは、T字形構造を呈し、水平部位の両端が回転軸(6)構造であり、軸受けを介して軸受け台(2)に固定され、垂直部位が中空管状構造であり、
左絶縁スリーブ、中絶縁スリーブ、右絶縁スリーブに対応して左集電舟(7)、中集電舟(8)、及び右集電舟(9)が設けられ、集電舟は、全体として逆T字形構造となる導体であり、その上部の垂直部分が集電舟の舟柄(10)、下部の水平部分が集電舟の舟体となり、舟体の下面が凹半円状の接触面であり、
集電舟に対応して左給電レール(12)、中給電レール(13)及び右給電レール(14)を含む3本の給電レールが設けられ、給電レールは、最上部の表面が凸半円状の接触面であり、底部が絶縁道床(11)に固定され、
左給電レール(12)、中給電レール(13)及び右給電レール(14)はそれぞれ三相電源に接続され、これらの接触面がそれぞれ左集電舟(7)、中集電舟(8)、及び右集電舟(9)の接触面に接触して集電し、
中空の絶縁スリーブの垂直部位と隙間嵌めする舟柄(10)は、円柱体であり、その頂端にケーブル(15)が接続され、ケーブル(15)は、絶縁スリーブの垂直部位の内部を貫通して絶縁スリーブの頂端から引き出され、磁気浮上列車の三相コンバータに接続され、
三相電源は、給電レール、集電舟、及びケーブルからなる給電・集電装置を通じて磁気浮上列車の三相コンバータに給電する、ことを特徴とする磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。 - 対応する集電舟と給電レールとの間の接触力が集電舟の重力に等しく、左集電舟(7)、中集電舟(8)、及び右集電舟(9)の重量はすべて2kg〜5kgである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。
- 前記絶縁スリーブの底端と集電舟の舟体の最上部との間に磁気浮上列車の浮上ギャップよりも大きい隙間があり、集電舟の舟柄(10)の長さが、前記絶縁スリーブの垂直部位の長さの半分よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。
- 前記ケーブル(15)の長さが、磁気浮上列車が浮上しているときの舟柄の頂端から磁気浮上列車の三相コンバータの入力端子までの長さよりも大きい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。
- 前記絶縁道床(11)には保護カバー(16)が設けられ、保護カバー(16)内の水平部位の底面が、集電舟の舟体の頂端よりも高い、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。
- 前記回転軸(6)の軸線が、給電レールの方向に平行である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気浮上列車の三相給電・集電装置。
