Claims (5)
- 加圧室(23)内で圧縮可能なガス塊にさらされることのできる駆動ピストン(18)によって物体(14)または流体物質をリザーバから排出し、前記駆動ピストン(18)には、前記ガス塊を圧縮するための駆動機構(26)と、前記圧縮ガス塊を膨張させるためのトリガとが設けられている空気式排出装置(10)において、
前記加圧室(23)には、前記加圧室(23)を一時的に通気するためのレリーフ機構(37)と、前記通気された加圧室(23)に圧縮空気を充填するための充填機構(41)とが設けられていることを特徴とする空気式排出装置。 - 前記充填機構(41)は、前記加圧室(23)に連結され、圧縮空気源に連結されるように機能する連結装置(43)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気式排出装置。
- 前記圧縮空気源が前記連結機構(43)に連結された交換可能な圧縮空気シリンダ(45)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気式排出装置。
- 前記連結機構(43)が減圧器(46)を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の空気式排出装置。
- 前記駆動機構(26)は、排出プランジャ(19)であるリニア駆動部材(28)に係合され、前記駆動ピストン(18)に作用し、リニアガイド(20)内に収容される回転駆動部材(27)を有し、前記駆動機構(26)は、ピストンストッパ(24)により前記加圧室(23)を形成するシリンダユニット(17)に着脱可能に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の空気式排出装置。
