Claims (17)
- 薬物送達デバイス(1)であって:
ハウジング(10、350)と;
駆動機構(5)と;
薬物(307)を含み、ハウジングに対して画成された位置に保持されるカートリッジ(301)であって、駆動機構は、カートリッジから薬物を投薬するように構成される、カートリッジと;
少なくとも1つの弾性部材(402、403)と、少なくとも1つの剛体力伝達体(401)とを含む、カートリッジ付勢システム(400)と
を含み、ここで、
剛体力伝達体は、ハウジング内に可動に保持され、カートリッジ付勢システムは、カートリッジを画成された位置に維持するように該カートリッジに力をかけるように配置および構成され、力は少なくとも1つの弾性部材によって提供され、剛体力伝達体は、該剛体力伝達体が力に反応するように少なくとも1つの弾性部材に作動的に連結される、前記薬物送達デバイス。 - 少なくとも1つの弾性部材(402、403)は、中心開口部を有し、該開口部の内径はカートリッジ(301)の外径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ付勢システム(400)は2つの弾性部材(402、403)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 剛体力伝達体は、2つの弾性部材間の負荷経路内に配置される、請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 剛体力伝達体(401)は、2つの弾性部材(402、403)とカートリッジとの間の負荷経路内に配置される、請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 弾性部材(403)のうちの1つは、剛体力伝達体(401)と一体構造(411)で形成される、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 弾性部材(403)のうちの1つは、剛体力伝達体(401)に堅固に固定される、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ付勢システム(400)は、該カートリッジ付勢システムがハウジング(10、350)と接触するハウジング接触エリア(405)と、カートリッジ付勢システムがカートリッジ(301)と接触するカートリッジ接触エリア(404)とを有し、ハウジング接触エリアおよびカートリッジ接触エリアは、径方向および軸方向にオフセットされている、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 剛体力伝達体(401)の遠位面(407)は、カートリッジ接触エリア(404)を含む、請求項8に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 弾性部材(403)の遠位面または該弾性部材のうちの1つはカートリッジ接触エリア(404)を含む、請求項8に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ接触エリア(404)およびハウジング接触エリア(405)間の径方向距離は、0.5mm以上3.0mm以下である、請求項8〜10のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ接触エリア(404)とハウジング接触エリア(405)との間の径方向距離は、3.0mLカートリッジの直径と、1.5mLカートリッジの直径との差によって決定され、剛体力伝達体(401)の軸方向の延長は、3.0mLカートリッジの長さと、1.5mLカートリッジの長さとの差以上である、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 駆動機構のピストンロッド(5)は、剛体力伝達体(401)を通って移動するように配置され、ハウジングは、ピストンロッドと協働して該ハウジング(10、350)に対するピストンロッドの動きを案内する、ピストンロッド案内機能を備えるピストンロッド案内セクション(361)を含み、該ピストンロッド案内セクションは、ハウジングの内面から径方向にオフセットされ、剛体力伝達体の少なくともセクションが、ピストンロッド案内セクションの外面とハウジングの内面との間に配置される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ(301)は、ハウジングに連結されたカートリッジホルダ(302)内に配置され、カートリッジ付勢システム(400)はカートリッジホルダ内に延びる、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- カートリッジ内の薬物(307)は薬剤である、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 2つの薬物送達デバイス、第1の薬物送達デバイス(1)および第2の薬物送達デバイス(1)を含む装置であって、
第1の薬物送達デバイスは、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイスであり、カートリッジは第1のカートリッジであり、駆動機構は第1の駆動機構であり、カートリッジ付勢システムは第1のカートリッジ付勢システムであり、
第2の薬物送達デバイスは、第2のカートリッジと、第2のカートリッジ付勢システムと、第2の駆動機構とを含み、
第1のカートリッジおよび第2のカートリッジは、異なる長さおよび/または直径を有し、
第1のカートリッジ付勢システムの剛体力伝達体(401)は、第1のカートリッジと第2のカートリッジとの間の長さおよび/または直径の差を補償するか、または補償するのに適している、前記装置。 - 薬物送達デバイス(1)を変更する方法であって、薬物送達デバイス(1)は、
ハウジング(10、350)と;
ハウジング内に保持される駆動機構と;
薬物(307)を含む第2のカートリッジと;
第2のカートリッジに力をかけるように構成されたカートリッジ付勢システムと
を含み、ここで、
薬物送達デバイスは、第2のカートリッジと比較して小さな直径および/または長さの第1のカートリッジ(301)と共に用いるために変更され、薬物送達デバイスを変更する方法は:
第1のカートリッジおよび第2のカートリッジ間の長さ/直径の差を決定する工程と;
差を補償するような寸法にされた剛体力伝達体(401)を提供する工程と;
該剛体力伝達体をカートリッジ付勢システム(400)に一体化して、変更された薬物送達デバイス(1)を提供する工程と
を含む、前記方法。
