前記多孔性重合構造が、ポリ(DTEカーボネート)−ポリカプロラクトン(PCL)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリ−L−乳酸(PLLA)、ポリ(DL−乳酸−コ−カプロラクトン)、ポリ(エチレン−コ−酢酸ビニル)、酢酸ビニル、ポリ(メチルメタクリレート)、ポリ(プロピレンカーボネート)、ポリ(フッ化ビニリデン)、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリカルボメチルシラン、ポリ乳酸、ポリスチレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)、ポリエチレンオキサイド(PEO)、ポリウレタン、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)、ヒアルロン酸(HA)、キトサン、アルギン酸塩、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸とその共重合体、ナイロン11、酢酸セルロース、ヒドロキシアペタイト、ポリ(3−ヒドロキシ酪酸−コ−3−ヒドロキシ吉草酸)、ポリ(DL−ラクチド)、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリ(L−ラクチド)、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから選択される、少なくとも1種類の重合体を含むことを特徴とする眼科用合成グラフトパッチ。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1つの項に記載の眼科用合成グラフトパッチであって、

前記少なくとも1つの活性剤が、タンパク質、コラーゲン、フィブロネクチン、TGF−β2、ヘパリン、成長因子、抗体、代謝拮抗薬、化学療法薬、抗炎症薬、抗生物質製剤、抗菌剤、及びそれらの任意の組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする眼科用合成グラフトパッチ。 - 請求項11に記載の眼科用合成グラフトパッチであって、
