Claims (10)
- 電圧端子(101)から電気負荷(103)への電気エネルギーの過電流および過電圧保護された伝達のための保護装置(100)であって、前記電圧端子(101)が2つの極を含み、
前記電圧端子(101)から前記電気負荷(103)への線路電流の流れを、前記線路電流が第1の公称電流に達すると阻止するように適合された第1のヒューズ回路(105)と、
前記第1のヒューズ回路(105)の下流かつ前記電気負荷(103)の上流に接続された過電圧保護回路(107)であり、電圧が前記電圧端子(101)において第1の電圧制限に達すると、前記第1の公称電流に達する線路電流を強制的に流して前記第1のヒューズ回路(105)をトリガするために、前記電圧端子の前記極を導電的に接続するように適合されている、過電圧保護回路(107)と、
前記過電圧保護回路(107)の下流かつ前記電気負荷(103)の上流に接続された第2のヒューズ回路(109)であり、前記線路電流が第2の公称電流に達すると、前記線路電流の前記流れを阻止するように適合され、前記第2の公称電流が前記電気負荷(103)に依存する、第2のヒューズ回路(109)と、
を有することを特徴とする保護装置(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の保護装置(100)であって、特に第2の予想短絡電流である前記第2の公称電流が、特に第1の予想短絡電流である前記第1の公称電流よりも小さく、および/または前記過電圧保護回路(107)が、前記第2のヒューズ回路(109)の公称電圧を低下させるように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1または2に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記第2の公称電流が前記第1の公称電流よりも小さく、それに対応して前記電気負荷(103)への短絡電流強度が低い電流の流れを阻止することを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記過電圧保護回路(107)が、前記電圧端子(101)の前記極に電気的に並列に接続された、制御入力(113)を有する半導体スイッチ(111)を備え、前記半導体スイッチ(111)が、前記制御入力(113)に印加される制御信号によって前記電圧端子(101)の前記極を電気的に接続し、前記線路電流が最小電流値を下回ると、前記電圧端子(101)の前記極の前記電気的接続を解除するように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項4に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記半導体スイッチ(111)がサイリスタまたはトランジスタによって形成されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記第1のヒューズ回路(105)および前記第2のヒューズ回路(109)がそれぞれ、過電流保護装置(123、125)、特にヒューズおよび/または電源スイッチを有し、前記それぞれの過電流保護装置(123、125)が、前記第1の電流強度制限もしくは前記第2の公称電流に達したときに、または前記第1の公称電流または前記第2の公称電流に達した後、所定の時間間隔が経過した後に、前記電圧端子(101)と前記電気負荷(103)との間の前記電気的接続を切断するように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記第2のヒューズ回路(109)が、それぞれが電気エネルギーを電気負荷(103、205)に伝達するように適合された少なくとも2つの電流経路(201−1、201−2)を有し、過電流保護装置(125、203)が前記それぞれの電流経路(201−1、201−2)に配置されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項7に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記過電流保護ヒューズ(125、203)が前記それぞれの電流経路(201−1、201−2)において電流の流れを阻止するために、異なる公称電流でトリガするように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記第1のヒューズ回路(105)および/または前記第2のヒューズ回路(109)が、構成要素および/もしくは周囲温度を検出するように、前記構成要素および/もしくは周囲温度が温度制限に達すると前記過電圧保護回路(107)をトリガするように、ならびに/または前記電圧端子(101)から前記電気負荷(103)に電流が流れるのを阻止するように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の保護装置(100)であって、前記第2のヒューズ回路(109)が、前記線路電流を前記第2の公称電流に制限することによって、前記第1のヒューズ回路(105)および前記過電圧保護回路(107)を備える複合体と比較して低減された最大電力を前記電気負荷(103)に提供するように適合されていることを特徴とする保護装置(100)。
