Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 中心管と逆浸透膜とを含む全効果逆浸透膜素子であって、前記中心管の孔壁には若干の集水孔が設けられており、各前記集水孔は、前記中心管の長手方向に配列され、前記逆浸透膜は二つ折りして前記中心管を巻装し、各前記集水孔を覆い、前記逆浸透膜が二つ折りにして形成された前記中心管から背き離れた両端は密封するように貼り付け合わせて、前記逆浸透膜が二つ折りにして形成された表面の間には原水流路が形成され、前記逆浸透膜が二つ折りにして形成された前記中心管に隣接して対向する両側の縁には、それぞれ第1の防水バリアと第2の防水バリアが封着され、前記第1の防水バリアの第1端は前記中心管の第1端と間隔をあけて設けられて第1の濃縮水出口を形成し、前記第1の防水バリアの第2端は前記逆浸透膜の前記中心管から背き離れた一端と間隔をあけて設けられて第2の濃縮水出口を形成し、前記第2の防水バリアの第1端は前記逆浸透膜の前記中心管から背き離れた一端と間隔をあけて設けられて第1の原水入口を形成し、前記第1の濃縮水出口、前記第2の濃縮水出口、及び前記第1の原水入口は、いずれも前記原水流路に連通されている、全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第2の防水バリアの第2端は、前記中心管の第2端と間隔をあけて設けられて第2の原水入口を形成し、前記第2の原水入口は前記原水流路に連通されている、請求項1に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記逆浸透膜は二つ折りにして形成された裏面の間に純水流路が形成され、前記純水流路は各前記集水孔に連通されている、請求項1に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の防水バリアと前記中心管との間の間隔距離は、前記第2の防水バリアと前記中心管との間の間隔距離より大きい、請求項1に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の防水バリアと前記逆浸透膜の前記中心管から背き離れた一端との間の間隔距離は、前記第2の防水バリアと前記逆浸透膜の前記中心管から背き離れた一端との間の間隔距離より小さい、請求項1に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の防水バリアと前記第2の防水バリアは共に防水粘着テープである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記原水流路には、原水の流れを導くための集水導流網が設けられ、前記集水導流網の対向する両縁は、それぞれ前記第1の防水バリアおよび前記第2の防水バリアに接続されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記純水流路には、純水の流れを導くための純水導流網が設けられている、請求項3に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記逆浸透膜が展開された状態は長方形であり、前記第1の防水バリアと前記第2の防水バリアはそれぞれ前記逆浸透膜の両長辺に封着され、前記逆浸透膜の一短辺は前記中心管の外壁に貼り付けられ、前記純水導流網の対向する両縁はそれぞれ前記逆浸透膜の両長辺に接続されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の濃縮水出口の外孔の周長は、前記逆浸透膜の長辺長さの10%〜50%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の濃縮水出口の外孔の周長は、前記逆浸透膜の長辺長さの15〜40%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第2の濃縮水出口の外孔の周長は、前記逆浸透膜の長辺長さの0.1%〜5%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第2の濃縮水出口の外孔の周長は、前記逆浸透膜の長辺長さの0.5%〜3.0%であるこ、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 前記第1の原水入口の外孔の周長は、前記逆浸透膜の長辺長さの10%〜50%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜素子。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の全効果逆浸透膜要素を含む純水機。
