Abstract
Description
本発明の効果を示すために、ISO 5269−2の方法に従って、Rapid Koethe(RK)手すき機上で比較の紙を製造した。本発明による紙は、懸濁液を手すき機に供給する前に懸濁液にPAE樹脂(Kymene 625, ex-Solenis)を添加することにより製造した。紙の乾燥重量に基づいた計算で4.1重量%の量でPAE樹脂を添加した。
PAEの量の影響を示すために、PAEの量が異なる紙を以下の通りに製造した:
未乾燥のパラ系アラミドフィブリッド(Twaron(登録商標) D8016, ex Teijin Aramid, NL)を、1.5%の稠度で15分間パルパーの中で分散させた。PAE樹脂(Kymene GHP20, ex-Solenis)を、表2に記載されている量でフィブリッド分散液に添加し、系を標準の撹拌機で5分間混合した。PAE樹脂を含むフィブリッド分散液をタンクに入れ、さらに希釈した。数分間撹拌を継続した後、繊度が1.7dtexであり長さが6mmであるパラ系アラミドショートカット(Twaron(登録商標) T1000, 6 mm, ex Teijin Aramid, NL)を添加し、最終的な稠度を0.1%にした。固形分材料は、30重量%のp−アラミドフィブリッドおよび70重量%のp−アラミドショートカットであった。
ブレンドされたパラ系アラミドおよびメタ系アラミドの紙における本発明の効果を示すために、比較の紙を、ISO 5269−2の方法に従って、Rapid Koethe(RK)手すき機上で製造した。
Claims (15)
- ポリアミド−アミンエピクロロヒドリン(PAE)を除く乾燥紙成分に基づいた計算で少なくとも90重量%のアラミド系材料を含む、アラミドベースの紙であって、前記アラミド系材料は、アラミドショートカットおよびアラミドフィブリッドのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、前記紙は、前記アラミド系材料の合計量に基づいた計算で最大40重量%のアラミドパルプを含み、かつ前記紙は、0.1〜10重量%の前記PAEを含む、紙。
