Abstract
Description
本願は、2018年5月31日に出願された米国特許出願第62/678,765号(発明の名称:METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CRYOPRESERVATION AND RESUSPENSION OF BODY FLUIDS)の35U.S.C.§119(e)に基づく権益主張出願であり、この米国特許出願を参照により引用し、その記載内容全体を本明細書の一部とする。
Claims (30)
- 容器システムであって、
体内流体を低温保存液の状態で収容する低温保存容器と、
再懸濁溶液を収容する再懸濁容器と、
前記低温保存容器と前記再懸濁容器を無菌状態で連結する連結管と、
前記連結管と能動的に関連した少なくとも1つの遮断要素とを含む、容器システム。 - 前記体内流体は、血小板および血液から選択される、請求項1記載の容器システム。
- 前記容器システムは、凍結されており、前記遮断要素は、前記低温保存液状態の前記体内流体と前記再懸濁溶液が混じり合うことができないように閉じられている、請求項1または2記載の容器システム。
- 前記凍結状態の容器システムが解凍され、前記遮断要素が開かれ、前記再懸濁溶液の少なくとも一部分が前記低温保存容器に追加されて再懸濁状態の体内流体製剤が作られる、請求項3記載の容器システム。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤は、4時間を超える時間にわたって常温保存可能な状態にある、請求項4記載の容器システム。
- 前記再懸濁溶液は、輸液可能溶液である、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の容器システム。
- 前記輸液可能溶液は、無菌NaCl、ヒト血漿、および血小板含有溶液から選択される、請求項6記載の容器システム。
- 前記容器システムは、閉鎖・無菌系である、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の容器システム。
- 容器システムであって、
体内流体を低温保存液の状態で有する低温保存容器と、
前記低温保存容器に無菌状態でかつ流体的に連結された無菌フィルタとを含む、容器システム。 - 再懸濁溶液を有していて前記無菌フィルタに連結するよう構成された再懸濁容器をさらに含む、請求項9記載の容器システム。
- 体内流体製剤を前記容器システム内で作るには、前記低温保存容器を解凍し、前記再懸濁容器を前記無菌フィルタに連結し、そして前記再懸濁溶液の少なくとも一部分を体内流体に加え、それにより再懸濁体内流体製剤を作る、請求項10記載の容器システム。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤は、4時間を超える時間にわたって常温保存可能状態にある、請求項11記載の容器システム。
- 前記体内流体は、血小板および血液から選択される、請求項9〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の容器システム。
- 前記再懸濁溶液は、輸液可能溶液である、請求項10〜12のうちいずれか一に記載の容器システム。
- 前記輸液可能溶液は、無菌NaCl、ヒト血漿、および血小板含有溶液から選択される、請求項6記載の容器システム。
- 前記容器システムは、閉鎖・無菌系である、請求項9〜15のうちいずれか一に記載の容器システム。
- 低温保存体内流体を再懸濁させる方法であって、
凍結状態の容器システムを解凍するステップを含み、前記容器システムは、
体内流体を低温保存液の状態で収容する低温保存容器と、
再懸濁溶液を収容する再懸濁容器と、
前記低温保存容器と前記再懸濁容器を無菌状態で連結する連結管と、
前記連結管と能動的に関連した少なくとも1つの遮断要素とを含み、
前記遮断要素は、前記低温保存液状態の前記体内流体と前記再懸濁溶液が混じり合うことができないように閉じられ、
前記遮断要素を開くステップを含み、
前記再懸濁溶液の少なくとも一部分を前記低温保存容器に加えて再懸濁体内流体製剤を作るステップを含む、方法。 - 前記体内流体は、血小板および血液から選択される、請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤を輸液実施現場に運ぶステップをさらに含む、請求項17または18記載の方法。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤は、4時間を超える時間にわたって常温保存可能である、請求項17〜19のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。

- 低温保存体内流体を再懸濁させる方法であって、
凍結状態の容器システムを解凍するステップを含み、前記容器システムは、
体内流体を低温保存液の状態で有する低温保存容器と、
前記低温保存容器に無菌状態でかつ流体的に連結された無菌フィルタとを含み、
再懸濁溶液を有する再懸濁容器を前記無菌フィルタに連結するステップを含み、
前記再懸濁溶液の少なくとも一部分を前記低温保存容器に加えて再懸濁体内流体製剤を作るステップを含む、方法。 - 前記体内流体は、血小板および血液から選択される、請求項24記載の方法。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤を輸液実施現場に運ぶステップをさらに含む、請求項24または25記載の方法。
- 前記再懸濁体内流体製剤は、4時間を超える時間にわたって常温保存可能である、請求項24〜26のうちいずれか一に記載の方法。
