Abstract
Description
本出願は2018年5月18日出願の「関節式顕微手術器具(Articulating Microsurgical Instrument)」と題する、米国仮特許出願第62/673,468号の優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

Claims (25)
- 近位部と中間部と遠位部を含み、前記近位部は第1開口を形成し、前記遠位部は第2開口を形成するハンドルアセンブリと、
前記第2開口を通って関節動作部を備える遠位先端まで延在する近位端を含む先端アセンブリと、
前記ハンドルアセンブリと前記先端アセンブリの内部に配置され、前記関節動作部に結合された、1以上の制御ワイヤと、
前記第1開口を通って延在し、前記関節動作部を偏向させるために複数の位置の間で操作可能な関節制御器と、
前記ハンドルアセンブリの内部に位置し、前記関節制御器の動作中に前記1以上の制御ワイヤと相互作用するように動作可能な1以上のガイドと、
を備え、
前記ハンドルアセンブリの前記近位部の第1長手軸は、前記ハンドルアセンブリの前記遠位部の第2長手軸からずれている、手術器具。 - 前記遠位先端にドプラプローブを更に備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作部は一組の椎骨である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節動作部は区分化されたチューブである、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記関節制御器はローラホイールである、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ローラホイールは、回転軸の片側に雄型突起と、その反対側に雌型凹所とを備える、請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、ばねテンショナ、固定点システム、又は従動プーリのうちの1以上を更に備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 骨把持器、軟組織把持器/切開器、鋏、フレキシブル鉗子、又は吸引/灌注ラインのうちの1以上を更に備える、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記骨把持器、軟組織把持器/切開器、鋏、前記フレキシブル鉗子、又は前記吸引/灌注ラインを操作するように構成された第2関節制御器を更に備える、請求項8に記載の手術器具。
- 前記手術器具は、1回使用の使い捨て装置である、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 操作可能な細長部材であって、
チューブの遠位部を形成するように接続された一組の個別椎骨と、
前記チューブの近位部を形成する連続チューブと、
前記一組の個別椎骨を相互接続するように構成された1以上の牽引ワイヤと、
を備える操作可能な細長部材と、
前記操作可能な細長部材の近位端に位置する制御ハンドルアセンブリであって、前記制御ハンドルアセンブリの近位部の第1長手軸は、前記制御ハンドルアセンブリの遠位部の第2長手軸からずれている、制御ハンドルアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記操作可能な細長部材は、前記1以上の牽引ワイヤを作動させることにより関節動作可能であり、
前記制御ハンドルアセンブリは、前記1以上の牽引ワイヤを操作するように構成されている、装置。 - 遠位先端に位置するドプラプローブを更に備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ハンドルアセンブリは、ローラホイール、サムコントロール及びばねバイアスのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ハンドルアセンブリは、前記1以上の牽引ワイヤに張力を生成させるように操作可能な1以上の支柱を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記ドプラプローブは360度にわたり検出動作可能なエンドファイヤ(end−firing)型ドプラである、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブの外側に位置して第2のチューブを形成する材料層を更に備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記チューブの内部に位置する1以上の導管を更に備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 骨把持器、軟組織把持器/切開器、鋏、フレキシブル鉗子、又は吸引/灌注ラインのうちの少なくとも1つが前記1以上の導管内に位置する、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記一組の個別椎骨が、ヒンジと成形の少なくとも1つによって形成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記一組の個別椎骨の近位端に位置する椎骨は、前記連続チューブに係合するためのリップで構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 操作可能な細長部材であって、
チューブの遠位部を形成するように接続された一組の個別椎骨と、
前記チューブの近位部を形成する連続チューブと、
前記一組の個別椎骨を相互接続するように構成された1以上のロッドと、
を備える操作可能な細長部材と、
前記操作可能な細長部材の近位端に位置する制御ハンドルアセンブリであって、前記制御ハンドルアセンブリの近位部の第1長手軸は前記制御ハンドルアセンブリの遠位部の第2長手軸からずれている、制御ハンドルアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記操作可能な細長部材は、前記1以上のロッドを作動させることにより関節動作可能である、装置。 - 前記1以上のロッドは、前記一組の個別椎骨を押し引きして前記操作可能な細長部材の遠位先端に関節動作を生じるように構成された、請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記一組の個別椎骨のそれぞれが少なくとも1つのテーパ端部を形成する、請求項3に記載の手術器具。
- 前記テーパ端部は、横軸に沿う平面から20度以下の角度で切断されている、請求項23に記載の手術器具。
- 前記テーパ端部は、放射軸の中心からずれた傾斜面を形成する、請求項24に記載の手術器具。
