Claims (23)
- 処置計画のための放射線塞栓術処置における使用のための放射性化合物の線量測定レベルおよび球体量の選択のためにコンピュータで実施される方法であって、
線量測定選択ツールの線量測定ポータルに放射能パラメータ情報を入力するステップと、
カスタマイズされた放射能を、プロセッサによって、前記放射能パラメータ情報と、1つまたは複数のカスタマイズされた放射能アルゴリズムとに基づいて決定するステップと、
前記カスタマイズされた放射能と、1つまたは複数の線量測定選択アルゴリズムとに基づいて、1つまたは複数の球体量と、投用推奨値とを生成するステップと、
前記1つまたは複数の球体量と、投用推奨値とのうちの1つを、選択された球体量および投用推奨値として選択するステップと、
前記放射線塞栓術処置のための放射性化合物発注を、前記プロセッサによって、前記カスタマイズされた放射能と、前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値とに基づいて生成するステップとを備える、方法。 - 処理および発注履行のため前記放射性化合物発注を、放射性化合物製造業者に送信するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記放射性化合物発注を、割り当てられた担当者によるレビューのために割り当てるステップであって、前記放射性化合物発注が、前記割り当てられた担当者による承認後に、処理および発注履行のために、放射性化合物製造業者に送信されるようにする、割り当てるステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記放射能パラメータ情報は、肺シャント分数パーセンテージ値、予想される残留廃棄物パーセンテージ値、肺への以前の線量値、肝臓への所望の線量値、および目標肝臓体積を備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のカスタマイズされた放射能アルゴリズムは、MIRD線量測定計算アルゴリズム、BSA線量測定計算アルゴリズム、または分割線量測定計算アルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のカスタマイズされた放射能アルゴリズムは、目標肝臓質量、投与時の放射能、肺への計算された線量、肺への線量制限、肺への累積線量、および肺への累積線量制限を備えるカスタマイズされた放射能情報を生成し、
前記カスタマイズされた放射能は、前記カスタマイズされた放射能情報に基づく、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1つまたは複数の球体量と、投用推奨値とを生成するための前記1つまたは複数の線量測定選択アルゴリズムは、球体毎の放射能アルゴリズム、または放射能ベースの塞栓装荷アルゴリズムのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記球体毎の放射能アルゴリズムは、前記カスタマイズされた放射能の、放射能単位毎の所定の球体量での分割を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記放射能ベースの塞栓装荷アルゴリズムは、組織体積入力と、組織の立方センチメートル毎の所定の塞栓装荷決定との使用を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の塞栓装荷決定は、組織の立方センチメートルあたり20,000個の球体を備える、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値を選択するステップは、球体毎に所望の放射能レベルを選択するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値を選択するステップは、正または負のパーセンテージ値として線量変更を入力するステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値を選択するステップは、前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値を、バイアル毎のパーセント差分に基づいて、複数のバイアルにわたって分配するステップをさらに含み、前記パーセント差分は、合計して100%となる、前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値から構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のバイアルは、最大3つのバイアルを備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 複数のユーザが、第1のドラフト発注、または1つもしくは複数の放射性化合物発注のうちの少なくとも1つを閲覧するアクセス権を許可されるように、前記線量測定ポータルが、前記複数のユーザ間のデータコラボレーションを提供するように構成され、
ユーザは、複数のセキュリティクリアランスレベルのうちの1つを割り当てられ、
前記複数のセキュリティクリアランスレベルは、基本セキュリティクリアランスレベル、または、ユーザに、前記基本セキュリティクリアランスレベルよりも多くの量のアクセス権を提供する拡張セキュリティクリアランスレベル、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記基本セキュリティクリアランスレベルは、第1のユーザが前記第1のドラフト発注を作成できるように構成され、前記拡張セキュリティクリアランスレベルは、第2のユーザが前記第1のドラフト発注をレビューおよび承認することを許可するように構成される、請求項15に記載の方法。

前記線量測定選択ツールおよび非一時的なコンピュータ記憶媒体に通信可能に結合されたプロセッサとを備え、前記非一時的なコンピュータ記憶媒体は、前記プロセッサによって実行された場合、前記プロセッサに対して、
前記線量測定選択ツールの前記線量測定ポータルへの放射能パラメータ情報の入力を、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して受け取らせ、
カスタマイズされた放射能を、前記プロセッサによって、前記放射能パラメータ情報と、1つまたは複数のカスタマイズされた放射能アルゴリズムとに基づいて決定させ、
1つまたは複数の球体量と、投用推奨値とを、前記プロセッサによって、前記カスタマイズされた放射能と、1つまたは複数の線量測定選択アルゴリズムとに基づいて生成させ、
前記1つまたは複数の球体量と、投用推奨値とのうちの1つの選択を、選択された球体量および投用推奨値として、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して受け取らせ、
前記放射線塞栓術処置のための放射性化合物発注を、前記プロセッサによって、前記カスタマイズされた放射能と、前記選択された球体量および投用推奨値とに基づいて生成させる、命令を格納する、システム。 - 前記プロセッサによって実行された場合、前記プロセッサに対して、処理および発注履行のために、前記放射性化合物発注を、放射性化合物製造業者へ送信させる命令をさらに備える、請求項17に記載のシステム。

前記放射線塞栓術処置に関連する1つまたは複数の入力を受け取るためのグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを含むフローソフトウェアアプリケーションツールと、
前記送込デバイス、前記フローソフトウェアアプリケーションツール、および非一時的なコンピュータ記憶媒体に通信可能に結合されたプロセッサとを備え、前記非一時的なコンピュータ記憶媒体は、前記プロセッサによって実行された場合、前記プロセッサに対して、
前記放射線塞栓術処置に関連する前記1つまたは複数の入力を、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して受け取らせ、
1つまたは複数の流量推奨値を、前記プロセッサによって、前記1つまたは複数の入力と、1つまたは複数の最適化アルゴリズムとに基づいて決定させ、
1つまたは複数の対応する逆流の確率を、前記プロセッサによって、前記1つまたは複数の流量推奨値に基づいて生成させ、
前記1つまたは複数の流量推奨値のうちの1つの選択を、選択された流量推奨値として、前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して受け取らせ、
前記送込デバイスを使用して、前記選択された流量推奨値に基づいて、前記放射線塞栓術処置のためのY90放射線塞栓術球体を送り込ませる、命令を格納する、システム。
