Abstract
Description
a)60〜90質量%の、成分Iとしての熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
b)10〜40質量%の、成分IIとしてのポリエチレン、
を含み、成分IおよびIIの全体が100質量%となる、
組成物(Z)から作られたビーズ発泡体を提供することによって達成された。
4,4‘−MDIおよび2,4‘−MDI、または
4,4‘−MDIおよび3,3‘−ジメチル−4,4‘−ジイソシアナトビフェニル(TODI)または
4,4‘−MDIおよびH12MDI(4,4’−メチレンジシクロヘキシルジイソシアネート)または
4,4‘−MDIおよびTDI;または
4,4‘−MDIおよび1,5−ナフチレンジイソシアネート(NDI)
を含むポリイソシアネート組成物である。
60〜90質量%の、成分Iとしての熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
10〜40質量%の、成分IIとしてのポリエチレン
を含み、成分IおよびIIの全体が100質量%となる。
15〜40質量%の、成分IIとしてのポリエチレンを含み、成分IおよびIIの全体が100質量%となる。
65〜80質量%の、成分Iとしての熱可塑性ポリウレタン、
20〜35質量%の、成分IIとしてのポリエチレンを含み、成分IおよびIIの全体が100質量%となる。
適したプロセスは、例えば、混練機または押出機中の従来の混合プロセスである。
