Claims (26)
- 羽根車(34)を担持する回転可能なシャフト(25)と、開口部(35)を有するハウジング(20)と、を備える、血管内血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(25)は前記羽根車(34)が前記ハウジングの外部に位置付けられるように前記開口部(35)を通って延在し、前記シャフトおよび前記ハウジングは前記開口部(35)内に周方向の間隙を形成する表面(25A、33A)を有し、前記間隙はある長さおよび前記長さの少なくとも一部にわたる2μm以下の幅を有し、前記間隙を形成している前記表面(25A、33A)の少なくとも一方(33A)は少なくとも100W/mKの熱伝導率を有する材料で作製されることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記熱伝導率は少なくとも130W/mKであることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記熱伝導率は少なくとも150W/mKであることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記熱伝導率は少なくとも200W/mKであることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙を形成する前記表面は前記シャフト用のラジアル滑り軸受を構成することを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙を形成する前記表面(25A、33A)の前記少なくとも一方(33A)は、全体が前記材料で作製されており、かつ前記血管内血液ポンプが患者の血管内で使用されているときに、流れる血液と直接接触している、構造要素(33)の一部となっていることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙を形成する前記表面(25A、33A)の前記少なくとも一方(33A)は、全体が前記材料で作製されており、かつ少なくとも1つの更なる表面が熱を伝導するように熱伝導性要素(33B)に接続されている、構造要素(33)の一部となっており、前記熱伝導性要素(33B)は、前記血管内血液ポンプが患者の血管内で動作しているときに、流れる血液と直接接触しているかまたは1つ以上の更なる熱伝導性要素を介して流れる血液と間接的に熱伝導性の接触をしているかのいずれかであり、この結果、前記間隙を形成する前記表面(25A、33A)の前記少なくとも一方(33A)からの熱を熱伝導によって前記流れる血液へと放散できるようになっており、前記1つの熱伝導性要素(33B)またはそれ以上の熱伝導性要素の熱伝導率は少なくとも100W/mKであることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙を形成している前記表面(25A、33A)の各々は0.1μm以下の表面粗さを有することを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも一方の表面(33A)はセラミック材料で作製されることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも一方の表面(33A)は、前記シャフト(25)を中でジャーナル軸支できるセラミックスリーブ(33)の一部となっていることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(25)は、前記間隙を形成している前記シャフトの前記表面(25A)を含め、セラミック材料で作製されることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙を形成している前記シャフトの前記表面(25A)はアルミナ強化ジルコニア(ATZ)で作製されることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも一方の表面(33A)は炭化ケイ素(SiC)を含む、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項13に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記少なくとも一方の表面(25A、33A)の一方(33A)は炭化ケイ素(SiC)を含み、前記少なくとも一方の表面(25A、33A)のもう一方(25A)はアルミナ強化ジルコニア(ATZ)を含む、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記開口部(35)を通って前記ハウジングから出るようパージ流体を前記ハウジング内へと案内するように構成されている、前記ハウジングに接続されているパージ流体供給導管(29)を更に含む、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙(39)は前記間隙(39)の羽根車側端部(39A)に向かって収束し、前記2μm以下の幅は、前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)に最も近い前記間隙(39)の前記長さの50%以内の任意の場所に位置していることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記2μm以下の幅は前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)に存在することを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16または17に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記2μm以下の幅は前記間隙(39)の前記長さの30%以下にわたって延在する、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記開口部(35)の直径が前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)に向かって収束することを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16から19のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(25)の外径部が前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)に向かって拡開していることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項20に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(25)の前記外径部は、前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)の反対側の前記間隙(39)の端部を越えて延びている周方向の溝を有することを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項20に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記シャフト(25)の前記外径部は、前記間隙(39)の前記羽根車側端部(39A)の反対側の前記間隙(39)の端部を越えて延びている一定径のシャフトセクションから、前記間隙(39)内で最大外径まで拡開していることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項16から22のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙(39)の最大幅は15μm以下であることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項23に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙(39)の最大幅は6μm以下であることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から24のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙(39)の前記長さは1から2mmまでの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項25に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記間隙(39)の前記長さは1.3から1.7mmまでの範囲内にあることを特徴とする、血管内血液ポンプ。
