Claims (40)
- バルブ配置(2)を容器(3)に固定するためのバルブプレート(8)と、バルブハウジング(5)と、該バルブハウジング(5)を該バルブプレート(8)に固定するための固定部品(11)とを有する、流体(F)を分配するためのバルブ配置(2)であって、
前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)と摩擦溶接される及び/又は半径方向に溶接される、
ことを特徴とするバルブ配置(2)。 - 前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブハウジング(5)とは別の構成要素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、リング状に設計されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、キャップ状に設計されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、組み立て中にヘッド又はツールへの該固定部品(11)の回転固定式カプリングのためのカプリング部分(13)を有し、特にそれによって該固定部品(11)は、摩擦溶接中に該ヘッドによって保持可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記カプリング部分(13)は、前記固定部品(11)の円筒形部分上に配置される又は形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記カプリング部分(13)は、前記固定部品(11)及び/又は円筒形部分の端面上に及び/又は軸線方向端部上に配置される及び/又は形成されることを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項6に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記カプリング部分(13)は、軸線方向に延びる突出部又は凹部(14)又は突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)との結合接続部及び/又は溶接接合部を形成するために摩擦溶接中に溶融される及び/又は可塑化される溶接領域(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記溶接領域(15)及び/又は前記溶接接合部は、周方向に及び/又は環状に形成され、かつ少なくとも3mm、好ましくは約5mm又はそれよりも長い軸線方向の延長部(E)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の内側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の外側に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)、前記固定部品(11)、前記バルブハウジング(5)、前記バルブ配置(2)のバルブ要素(6)、及び/又は前記バルブ配置(2)のリセット要素(7)が、プラスチック、特にPETから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記バルブハウジング(5)は、バルブ(4)を形成するために形状適合方式でバルブ要素(6)、シール(10)、及び任意的にリセット要素(7)と事前組み立てすることができることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- バルブ配置(2)を容器(3)に固定するためのバルブプレート(8)と、バルブハウジング(5)と、該バルブハウジング(5)を該バルブプレート(8)に固定するための固定部品(11)とを有する、流体(F)を分配するためのバルブ配置(2)であって、
前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)とレーザ溶接される又は超音波溶接される、
ことを特徴とするバルブ配置(2)。 - 請求項2から請求項14のいずれか1項に従って設計されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)と軸線方向に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項15又は請求項16に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)は、第1の円筒形又は円錐形部分(24)とそこから半径方向に突出する第2の特にカラー又はフランジ状の部分(25)とを有することを特徴とする請求項15から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記固定部品(11)、特に、第2の及び/又はカラー状又はフランジ状の部分(25)が、溶接領域(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項15から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記溶接領域(15)は、三角形又は矩形断面を有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のバルブ配置。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)は、濃色及び/又はレーザ吸収性材料で作られ、前記固定部品(11)は、透明な特にレーザ透過性材料で作られることを特徴とする請求項15から請求項20のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ配置。
- 分配装置(1)が容器(3)と該容器(3)に固定されたバルブプレート(8)を備えたバルブ配置(2)とを有する流体(F)を分配するための分配装置であって、
前記バルブ配置(2)は、請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1項に従って設計され、及び/又は
前記バルブプレート(8)は、前記容器(3)と半径方向に摩擦溶接され、及び/又は
前記バルブプレート(8)は、前記容器(3)と軸線方向に面一であり、及び/又はカラーなしで設計される、
ことを特徴とする分配装置。 - 前記バルブ配置(2)、特に前記バルブプレート(8)、及び/又は前記容器(3)は、プラスチック、特にPETから構成されることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の分配装置。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)は、前記容器(3)との該バルブプレート(8)の摩擦溶接中のツール(27)及び/又はホルダとの回転固定式カプリングのためのカプリングデバイス(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項22又は請求項23に記載の分配装置。
- 前記カプリングデバイス(17)は、特に前記バルブプレート(8)の外側に配置された半径方向に延びるカプリング要素(17A)によって形成される又はそれを含むことを特徴とする請求項24に記載の分配装置。
- 前記容器(3)は、該容器(3)との前記バルブプレート(8)の摩擦溶接中のツール(28)及び/又はホルダとの回転固定式カプリングのために特に該容器(3)のネック領域(3B)に配置されたカプリング部分(20)を有することを特徴とする請求項22から請求項25のいずれか1項に記載の分配装置。
- 前記容器(3)の前記カプリング部分(20)は、該容器(3)から半径方向に突出する1又は2以上のカプリング要素(20A)を含む又はそれによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の分配装置。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)は、前記容器(3)と軸線方向に面一であることを特徴とする請求項22から請求項27のいずれか1項に記載の分配装置。
- 流体(F)を分配するために好ましくは請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1項に従って設計され、バルブ配置(2)を容器(3)に固定するためのバルブプレート(8)と、バルブハウジング(5)及びバルブ要素(6)を備えたバルブ(4)と、該バルブハウジング(5)を該バルブプレート(8)に固定するために該バルブハウジング(5)とは別の固定部品(11)とを有するバルブ配置(2)を製造する方法であって、
前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)に摩擦溶接される及び/又は半径方向に溶接される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記バルブ(4)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の内側から該バルブプレート(8)の関連のレセプタクル(9)の中に挿入され、前記固定部品(11)は、該バルブプレート(8)の該内側で該バルブプレート(8)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ(4)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の外側から該バルブプレート(8)の関連のレセプタクル(9)の中に挿入され、前記固定部品(11)は、該バルブプレート(8)の該外側で該バルブプレート(8)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の方法。
- 好ましくは請求項1から請求項21のいずれか1項に従って設計された、バルブ配置(2)を容器(3)に固定するためのバルブプレート(8)と、バルブハウジング(5)及びバルブ要素(6)を備えたバルブ(4)と、該バルブハウジング(5)を該バルブプレート(8)に固定するための該バルブハウジング(5)とは別の固定部品(11)とを有する、流体(F)を分配するためのバルブ配置(2)を製造する方法であって、
前記固定部品(11)は、前記バルブプレート(8)にレーザ溶接される又は超音波溶接される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記バルブ(4)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の内側から該バルブプレート(8)の関連のレセプタクル(9)の中に挿入され、前記固定部品(11)は、該バルブプレート(8)の該内側で該バルブプレート(8)に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項32に記載の方法。
- 最初に、前記バルブ(4)は、前記バルブプレート(8)の関連のレセプタクル(9)の中に挿入され、次に、前記固定部品(11)は、該バルブ(4)が該バルブプレート(8)と該固定部品(11)の間に配置され、かつ該固定部品(11)が該バルブプレート(8)に対して位置するように該レセプタクル(9)の中に挿入され、該バルブプレート(8)は、該バルブプレート(8)及び該固定部品(11)が互いに溶接されるように該固定部品(11)を通してレーザビームによって照射されることを特徴とする請求項32又は請求項33に記載の方法。
- バルブ配置(2)及び容器(3)を有し、該バルブ配置(2)のバルブプレート(8)が該記容器(3)に固定された、特に請求項22から請求項28のいずれか1項に従って設計された、分配装置(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記バルブプレート(8)は、該バルブプレート(8)が前記容器(3)と半径方向に溶接される及び/又は軸線方向に面一であるように該容器(3)に摩擦溶接される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記容器(3)及び前記バルブプレート(8)は、該バルブプレート(8)が該容器(3)に対する定められた軸線方向位置に到達するまで互いに対して軸線方向に移動されることを特徴とする請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)は、前記容器(3)との摩擦溶接のために該バルブプレート(8)及び該容器(3)の共通長手軸(A)の周りに回転の定められた数、特に正確に12回回転されることを特徴とする請求項35又は請求項36に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)及び/又は前記バルブ配置(2)は、前記容器(3)に対する定められた回転位置に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項35から請求項37のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブ配置(2)は、請求項1から請求項20のいずれか1項に従って設計され、及び/又は請求項27から請求項32のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項35から請求項38のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記バルブプレート(8)は、該バルブプレート(8)又はそのカプリングデバイス(17)に形状適合方式で係合する及び/又はカプリング要素(17A)に該バルブプレート(8)を保持する、ツール(27)を用いて保持されることを特徴とする請求項35から請求項39のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
