Claims (20)
- オペレータによる車両アクセスを調節するための車両調節システムにおいて、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサに対して通信可能な形で結合されたメモリであって、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサにより実行された時点で前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、運転能力情報を用いて車両内のオペレータについての運転能力測定基準を決定させる命令を含む、測定モジュール、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサにより実行された時点で前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、車両システム習熟度について前記車両内の少なくとも1つの車両システムを評価させ、前記運転能力測定基準と前記車両システム習熟度とを比較させる命令を含む、比較モジュール、及び、
前記1つ以上のプロセッサにより実行された時点で前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、前記比較を用いて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムについての前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定させ、前記習熟度レベルに基づいて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムに対するアクセスを前記オペレータに対して提供させる命令を含む、評価モジュール、
を記憶するメモリと、
を含む、車両調節システム。 - 前記評価モジュールが、前記習熟度レベルに関するガイダンスを前記オペレータに対して送出するための命令をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記測定モジュールが、前記車両内の前記オペレータについての運転能力情報および環境情報を収集するための命令をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記評価モジュールが、前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定する上で前記運転能力情報および前記環境情報を使用するための命令をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記車両システム習熟度がオペレータモデルを用いて決定される、請求項1に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの車両システムが複数の車両システムを含み、複数の個別化した測定基準のうちの1つが前記複数の車両システムのうちのそれぞれ1つと結び付けられている、請求項1に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記比較モジュールが、前記複数の個別化した測定基準の各々において前記運転能力測定基準と前記車両システム習熟度とを比較するための命令をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の車両調節システム。
- 前記測定モジュール、前記比較モジュールおよび前記評価モジュールが、複数の習熟度レベルを決定するために1回以上実行され、前記複数の習熟度レベルが経時的なオペレータ習熟度の変化を反映する、請求項1に記載の車両調節システム。
- オペレータによる車両アクセスを調節し、1つ以上のプロセッサにより実行された時点で前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、
運転能力情報を用いて、車両内のオペレータについての運転能力測定基準を決定させ、
車両システム習熟度について前記車両内の少なくとも1つの車両システムを評価させ、
前記運転能力測定基準と前記車両システム習熟度とを比較させ、
前記比較を用いて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムについての前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定させ、
前記習熟度レベルに基づいて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムに対するアクセスを前記オペレータに対して提供させる、
命令を記憶するための、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記習熟度レベルに関するガイダンスを前記オペレータに対して送出するための命令をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記車両内の前記オペレータについての運転能力情報および環境情報を収集するための命令をさらに含み、前記運転能力情報および前記環境情報が、前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定する上で使用される、請求項9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記車両システム習熟度がオペレータモデルを用いて決定される、請求項9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの車両システムが複数の車両システムを含み、複数の個別化した測定基準のうちの1つが前記複数の車両システムのうちのそれぞれ1つと結び付けられている、請求項9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記複数の個別化した測定基準の各々において前記運転能力測定基準と前記車両システム習熟度とを比較するための命令をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- 複数の習熟度レベルを決定するために前記命令が1回以上実行され、前記複数の習熟度レベルが経時的なオペレータ習熟度の変化を反映する、請求項9に記載の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
- オペレータによる車両アクセスを調節するための方法において、
運転能力情報を用いて、車両内のオペレータについての運転能力測定基準を決定することと、
車両システム習熟度について前記車両内の少なくとも1つの車両システムを評価することと、
前記運転能力測定基準と前記車両システム習熟度とを比較することと、
前記比較を用いて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムについての前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定することと、
前記習熟度レベルに基づいて前記少なくとも1つの車両システムに対するアクセスを前記オペレータに対して提供することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記習熟度レベルに関するガイダンスを前記オペレータに対して送出することをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記車両内の前記オペレータについての運転能力情報および環境情報を収集することをさらに含み、前記運転能力情報および前記環境情報が、前記オペレータの習熟度レベルを決定する上で使用される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 複数の車両システムをさらに含み、前記車両システム習熟度が、前記複数の車両システムの各々と結び付けられた複数の個別化した測定基準を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
