Abstract
Description
水平方向に横たえて配列された複数の缶型二次電池と、
前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池を挿入して収容するように内部に空間が形成され、前記内部空間を囲むように形成された外壁及び前記外壁から外側方向へ突出して形成された少なくとも二つ以上のリブを備え、前記缶型二次電池の横たえた方向へ積層されるように構成された少なくとも二つ以上のモジュールケースと、
前記二つ以上のモジュールケースの間に介在され、前記モジュールケースの積層方向に垂直な方向へ立てて構成された内部プレートと、を含む。
前記モジュールケースの外壁から突出して延びた延長部と、
前記延長部の延長方向の端部から前記モジュールケースの外壁と対応する方向へ折り曲げて延び、線状のリブが形成された板状部と、を有し得る。

Claims (11)
- 水平方向に横たえられて配列された複数の缶型二次電池と、
前記複数の缶型二次電池同士を電気的に接続するように少なくとも一部が電気伝導性材質から構成されたバスバーと、
前記複数の缶型二次電池を挿入して収容するように内部に空間が形成され、前記内部空間を囲むように形成された外壁及び前記外壁から外側方向へ突出して形成された少なくとも二つ以上のリブを備え、前記缶型二次電池が横たえられた方向へ積層されるように構成された少なくとも二つ以上のモジュールケースと、
前記二つ以上のモジュールケースの間に介在され、前記モジュールケースの積層方向に垂直な方向へ立てて構成された内部プレートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記内部プレートは、前記リブの突出した末端部に接触するように位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記内部プレートの外面には、前記リブの末端部が挿入固定されるように内側方向へ凹んだ固定溝が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記内部プレートが、水平方向へ突出するように折り曲げられて形成された凹凸構造を有し、
前記凹凸構造が、前記二つ以上のリブの間に挿入されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーが、一つのリブと隣接した他のリブとの間に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースの外壁と連結された前記リブの端部には、内側方向へ凹んだ湾曲溝が形成され、
前記バスバーは、一端部が前記リブの湾曲溝に挿入され、他端部が他のリブの湾曲溝に挿入されて位置固定されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、前記バッテリーモジュールに加えられた外部衝撃を吸収するように、前記外壁の外側面から外側方向へ突出して形成され、前記外壁と所定の距離で離隔した離隔空間を有するバンパー部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バンパー部は、
前記モジュールケースの外壁から突出して延びた延長部と、
前記延長部の延長方向の端部から前記モジュールケースの外壁と対応する方向へ折り曲げて延び、線状のリブが形成された板状部と、
を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーの少なくとも一部が、前記バンパー部の板状部と前記モジュールケースの外壁との間に位置することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項10に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
