第1の圧縮部材と、

前記第1のカプラー本体の第1の端部領域は、前記弾性部材のルーメンの一部の中に延び、
前記第1の圧縮部材は、前記弾性部材が前記第1のカプラー本体に対して固定的に係合されるように、前記弾性部材を前記第1のカプラー本体に対して圧縮する、組織後退装置。 - 前記第1のカプラー本体の第1の端部領域は、前記第1のカプラー本体の第1の端部領域の外周面に延びるチャンネルを含む、請求項1に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記第1の圧縮部材は、前記弾性部材を前記第1のカプラー本体の前記チャンネルの少なくとも一部内に圧縮する、請求項2に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記第1の圧縮部材は、圧縮リングを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記第1の圧縮部材は、縫合糸を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記連結アセンブリは、接続部材をさらに備え、前記接続部材は、前記第1のカプラー本体を前記第1の組織係合部材に連結する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記接続部材は、ポスト部材と取り付け部材とを含み、前記ポスト部材の第1の端部領域は、前記取り付け部材に連結され、前記ポスト部材は、前記カプラー本体の開口部内を貫通して延びる、請求項6に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記ポスト部材は、前記第1の端部領域に対向する第2の端部領域をさらに含み、前記ポスト部材の前記第1の端部領域は、第1の直径を含み、前記ポスト部材の前記第2の端部領域は、第1の直径より大きな第2の直径を含む、請求項7に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記開口部は、第1の内径を含み、前記ポスト部材の第2の直径は、前記開口部の第1の内径よりも大きい、請求項8に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記第1の組織係合部材は、第1の組織係合部と第1のばねとを含み、前記取り付け部材は、前記第1のばねに係合する、請求項7に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記取り付け部材はほぼC字形状をなす、請求項10に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記取り付け部材は、第1の継手及び第2の継手を含み、前記第1の継手及び前記第2の継手は、互いに嵌合する、請求項7に記載の組織後退装置。
- 前記第1の継手及び前記第2の継手は、第1のばねを前記ポスト部材の前記第1の端部領域に連結する、請求項12に記載の組織後退装置。
- 第2の組織係合部材をさらに備え、前記弾性部材は、前記第1の組織係合部材と前記第2の組織係合部材との間に延びる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組織後退装置。
- 内部に延びるルーメンを含む管状の支持部材をさらに含み、前記弾性部材の少なくとも一部は、前記支持部材のルーメン内に延びる、請求項14に記載の組織後退装置。
