第2のポリマーが、約0.5重量%〜約7重量%、好ましくは約1重量%〜5重量%、最も好ましくは約1重量%〜約4重量%の量で存在し;
粘着付与樹脂が、約30重量%〜約60重量%、好ましくは約32重量%〜約50重量%、最も好ましくは約35重量%〜約45重量%の量で存在し;
可塑剤が、約5重量%〜約20重量%、好ましくは約7重量%〜約18重量%、最も好ましくは約10重量%〜約16重量%の量で存在し;
第1のポリマー対第2のポリマーの重量比が、約200:1〜9:1、好ましくは約75:1〜約10:1、最も好ましくは約50:1〜約15:1であり、且つ
組成物の粘度が、121℃において約30,000cP以下、好ましくは121℃において約25,000cP未満、より好ましくは121℃において約20,000cP未満である、態様1又は2のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーが、約2.5〜約25J/g、好ましくは約3〜約15J/g、より好ましくは約3.5〜約10J/g、最も好ましくは約6〜約9J/gの融解熱を有する、態様1〜3のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーが、約1.5〜約6、好ましくは約1.8〜約5、より好ましくは約2〜約3、最も好ましくは約2.2〜約2.8の多分散性指数を有する、態様1〜4のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーの重量平均分子量が、約100,000〜250,000ダルトン、好ましくは約100,000〜約200,000ダルトン、より好ましくは約100,000〜約150,000ダルトン、最も好ましくは約105,000〜約125,000ダルトンである、態様1〜5のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーが、約5%〜約25%、好ましくは約7%〜約20%、より好ましくは約9%〜約17%、最も好ましくは約10%〜約15%のエチレン含有量を有する、態様1〜6のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーが、約35℃〜約100℃、好ましくは約40℃〜約90℃、より好ましくは約50℃〜約80℃、最も好ましくは約55℃〜約75℃の融解温度を有する、態様1〜7のいずれかの組成物。
第2のポリマーが、約−45℃〜約−5℃、好ましくは−35℃〜−15℃、より好ましくは約−32℃〜−20℃、最も好ましくは約−30℃〜−22℃のガラス転移温度を有する、態様1〜8のいずれかの組成物。
第1のポリマーが約1.5〜約6の多分散性指数を有し;
第1のポリマーの重量平均分子量が約20,000〜約55,000ダルトンであり;
第1のポリマーが約5重量%〜約25重量%のエチレン含有量を有し;
第1のポリマーが約70℃〜約130℃の融解温度を有し;且つ
第1のポリマーが約−45℃〜約−5℃のガラス転移温度を有する、態様1〜15のいずれかの組成物。
二次基材を接着剤組成物と接触させることによって、一次基材に二次基材を適合させるステップと
を含む、積層品の製造方法。
Calsol 5550は、Calumet Specialty Productsから入手可能なナフテン系プロセスオイルである。
Eastotac H−100Wは、Eastman Chemical Companyから入手可能な、100℃の環球式軟化点を有する水素化炭化水素樹脂である。
Escorez 5615は、ExxonMobil Corporationから入手可能な、118℃の環球式軟化点を有する水素化芳香族変性脂環式炭化水素樹脂である。
Irganox 1010は、BASF SEから入手可能なペンタエリトリトールテトラキス(3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート)、ヒンダードフェノールである酸化防止剤である。

Claims (20)
- (a)約30重量%〜約72重量%の、プロピレン及びエチレンの単峰性コポリマーを含み、且つ約5,000〜60,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有する第1のポリマーと;
(b)約0.1%〜約8%の、プロピレン及びエチレンのコポリマーを含み、且つ少なくとも100,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有する第2のポリマーと;
(c)約25重量%〜約65重量%の、最大115℃の環球式軟化点を有する粘着付与樹脂と;
(d)約2重量%〜約25重量%の可塑剤と
を含む、ホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、前記第1のポリマー対前記第2のポリマーの重量比が約500:1〜9:1であり、且つ前記組成物の粘度が121℃において約35,000cP以下である、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約35重量%〜約55重量%、好ましくは約40重量%〜約50重量%、最も好ましくは約42重量%〜約47重量%の量で存在し;
前記第2のポリマーが、約0.5重量%〜約7重量%、好ましくは約1重量%〜5重量%、最も好ましくは約1重量%〜約4重量%の量で存在し;
前記粘着付与樹脂が、約30重量%〜約60重量%、好ましくは約32重量%〜約50重量%、最も好ましくは約35重量%〜約45重量%の量で存在し;
前記可塑剤が、約5重量%〜約20重量%、好ましくは約7重量%〜約18重量%、最も好ましくは約10重量%〜約16重量%の量で存在し;
前記第1のポリマー対前記第2のポリマーの重量比が、約200:1〜9:1、好ましくは約75:1〜約10:1、最も好ましくは約50:1〜約15:1であり、且つ
前記組成物の粘度が、121℃において約30,000cP以下、好ましくは121℃において約25,000cP未満、より好ましくは121℃において約20,000cP未満である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約5〜約35J/g、好ましくは約10〜約29J/g、より好ましくは約15〜約25J/g、最も好ましくは約18〜約22J/gの融解熱を有し;且つ
前記第2のポリマーが、約2.5〜約25J/g、好ましくは約3〜約15J/g、より好ましくは約3.5〜約10J/g、最も好ましくは約6〜約9J/gの融解熱を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約1.5〜約6、好ましくは約1.8〜約5、より好ましくは約2〜約3、最も好ましくは約2.2〜約2.8の多分散性指数を有し;且つ
前記第2のポリマーが、約1.5〜約6、好ましくは約1.8〜約5、より好ましくは約2〜約3、最も好ましくは約2.2〜約2.8の多分散性指数を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーの重量平均分子量が、約20,000〜約55,000ダルトン、好ましくは約30,000〜約52,000ダルトン、より好ましくは約35,000〜約50,000ダルトン、最も好ましくは約40,000〜約48,000ダルトンであり;且つ
前記第2のポリマーの重量平均分子量が、約100,000〜250,000ダルトン、好ましくは約100,000〜約200,000ダルトン、より好ましくは約100,000〜約150,000ダルトン、最も好ましくは約105,000〜約125,000ダルトンである、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約5%〜約25%、好ましくは約7%〜約20%、より好ましくは約9%〜約17%、最も好ましくは約10%〜約15%のエチレン含有量を有し;且つ
前記第2のポリマーが、約5%〜約25%、好ましくは約7%〜約20%、より好ましくは約9%〜約17%、最も好ましくは約10%〜約15%のエチレン含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約70℃〜約130℃、好ましくは約75℃〜約125℃、より好ましくは約85℃〜約115℃、最も好ましくは約90℃〜約110℃の融解温度を有し;且つ
前記第2のポリマーが、約35℃〜約100℃、好ましくは約40℃〜約90℃、より好ましくは約50℃〜約80℃、最も好ましくは約55℃〜約75℃の融解温度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記第1のポリマーが、約−45℃〜約−5℃、好ましくは−35℃〜−15℃、より好ましくは約−32℃〜−20℃、最も好ましくは約−30℃〜−22℃のガラス転移温度を有し;且つ
前記第2のポリマーが、約−45℃〜約−5℃、好ましくは−35℃〜−15℃、より好ましくは約−32℃〜−20℃、最も好ましくは約−30℃〜−22℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 前記粘着付与樹脂が、脂肪族及び脂環式炭化水素樹脂及びそれらの水素化誘導体、水素化芳香族炭化水素樹脂、芳香族変性脂肪族又は脂環式樹脂及びそれらの水素化誘導体、ポリテルペン及びスチレン化ポリテルペン樹脂及びその混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記可塑剤が、鉱油及び液体ポリブテンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 安定剤又は酸化防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ワックスをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ワックスが約0.1重量%〜約20重量%の量で存在する、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1及び第2のポリマーの合計重量が、前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物の全重量に基づき、約31%〜約72%、好ましくは約36%〜約55%、最も好ましくは約40%〜約50%を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記第1のポリマーが約5〜約35J/gの融解熱を有し;
前記第1のポリマーが約1.5〜約6の多分散性指数を有し;
前記第1のポリマーの重量平均分子量が約20,000〜約55,000ダルトンであり;
前記第1のポリマーが約5重量%〜約25重量%のエチレン含有量を有し;
前記第1のポリマーが約70℃〜約130℃の融解温度を有し;且つ
前記第1のポリマーが約−45℃〜約−5℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 - 溶融状態の請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物を一次基材に適用するステップと;
二次基材を前記接着剤組成物と接触させることによって、前記一次基材に二次基材を適合させるステップと
を含む、積層品の製造方法。 - 前記一次基材がポリエチレン膜である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記二次基材が不織層である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造される積層品。
- (a)プロピレン及びエチレンの単峰性コポリマーを含み、且つ約5,000〜60,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有する第1のポリマーと;
(b)プロピレン及びエチレンのコポリマーを含み、且つ少なくとも100,000ダルトンの重量平均分子量を有する第2のポリマーと;
(c)最大115℃の環球式軟化点を有する粘着付与樹脂と;
(d)可塑剤と
を含むホットメルト接着剤組成物であって、前記組成物の粘度が121℃において約35,000cP以下であり、且つ前記第1のポリマー、前記第2のポリマー、前記粘着付与樹脂及び前記可塑剤が、(1)ポリエチレン膜と不織層との間に2gsm付加において適用される場合、初期に少なくとも150グラム力及び54.5℃において老化後に少なくとも250グラム力の剥離力;(2)ポリエチレン膜と不織層との間に1gsm付加において適用される場合、初期に少なくとも100グラム力の剥離力;並びに(3)2つの不織層の間に適用され、且つ250グラム重量を使用する場合、37.8℃において少なくとも50分の剪断値を有するホットメルト接着剤組成物を提供するために有効な量で存在する、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
